Story
Kacy has been watching everyone get adopted. Why not her she wonders? What’s wrong with me she thinks to herself.   Hi, I’m Kacy —a 3-year-old cattle dog/husky mix with an outgoing personality and enough love mixed with a spunky and funny personality to keep you smiling all day long. I’m the kind of girl who knows how to turn every moment into an adventure and every frown into a laugh!  What Makes Me Special: I’m funny, quirky, and full of energy—you’ll never be bored with me around! I’ve got a playful streak a mile wide and love to entertain my humans with my silly antics. Despite my goofy side, I’m also incredibly sweet and loyal—I love being part of the family. Whether it’s going for a hike, zooming around the yard, or snuggling up after a fun day, I’m all in. My Ideal Home: I’d thrive in a home that matches my love and zest for life! If you are ready for a best friend, I’m your girl. I wouldn’t mind being the star of the show as your only pet, but I could also do well with a playful, well-matched dog sibling. How You Can Help Kacy: Adopt Me! I’m ready to bring joy, love, and lots of laughs into your life. Share My Story. Help me find my perfect family by spreading the word—who wouldn’t want a fun-loving goofball like me? I’m here, waiting to make your life more colorful and exciting. Let’s make it official—email my rescue today to meet me! Kacy is outgoing and has the best personality. She loves everyone she meets and is a very happy go lucky girl. She’s smart and listens very well. She will sit, shake and lay down on command. She weighs around 50 lbs, is spayed, current on shots and housebroken! She doesn’t have the thick, fluffy coat of a purebred Husky so that’s a lot less dog hair to brush!! Kacy is wonderful as an inside dog, does great in the house and is also non-chewer. Ready to add a fun, loving and spunky girl, who loves walks, car rides and especially belly rubs to your life?&#226&#157&#164&#239&#184&#143 ***Kacy needs a fenced yard, preferably with a 6 ft wood fence which she currently has in her foster home. When you meet this girl you will fall in love, we promise!! For more info on Kacy, email caninecrusadersatlanta@yahoo.com.April 2, 2025, 1:00 pm

Story
Clayton aka Little Guy was found on the campus at Clayton State University.  He had an injury to his back left rear leg and hip which required FHO surgery.  The injury was old which is sad for such a young pup.  Little Guy is doing well on his leg but still isn't ready to rough house with any canine companions.  It's short walks to help strengthen the leg muscles and it's okay to go up and down stairs.  He loves other dogs and is a real sweetie but has restricted activity and needs a fenced yard. ##2336567##

Story
Merwin was brought home as a puppy 2.5 years ago. He is potty trained and does not chew up house hold items but loves to devour a toy. His favorite thing to do is to play and be outside. He is a herder by nature and has taken to task to herd my child in the mornings. We now live in an apartment due to the nature of life and he has out grown his environment. I also have a senior rescue dog. As a puppy they were the best of friends but now that he is full grown she has become reactive to him. This has created unfair tension in the home for him and as such he spends much time alone. He can be territorial of his pack and can be a little reactive on leash towards other dogs but I believe with the right home and guidance he can flourish and live a full happy life. I would advise someone with a little land or fenced yard and experience with the breed as he is full blood Heeler through and through. He does not have akc papers.
