Max is a loving and amazing dog. He is such a people person and always shows constant affection. He is very energetic and needs lots of attention. He is trained well and responds quickly to commands. He would be a great fit for a young family or a farm that can give him the space and time for his energy. I am relocating a cross the country this fall and need to find an amazing home for this sweet boy.

Story
We are rehoming Bailey who is a Blue Healer born sometime in beginning of January 2021 so she just turned 3. Please share to your page. We don't know where she came from other than her mom was hit by a car and we took her in too young which has resulted in she likes to suckle on a blanket which is adorable. Shes crate trained and knows her name very well. She comes when called or if i whistle. Shes ran off after a squirrel before but i just whistled and called her name and she came right back. Her favorite thing in the world is a tennis ball and playing fetch.

Story
LENNOX is a female, 16-month-old Australian Cattle Dog/Blue Heeler mix. She is very outgoing, social, and, true to her breed, needs a job. Like many in the herding category, she has a solid work ethic and needs something to focus on - and it doesn't need to be livestock. She would a fun companion to take to obedience or agility training. You could help her excel and be the smartest one in the class just because that's her goal. She is already crate, leash and house trained. She needs an active home so there's something to keep her busy. An outdoor family would be great. She loves kids (older so if she decides to "herd" it wont be taken the wrong way) She is in a great foster home and has been properly introduced to another dog so with the "right" other dog, she'll be fine. As a matter of fact she enjoys his company! (he is a young, large breed very laid back male) As far as her perfect human companion, she needs the structure and discipline of an owner who can set boundries. She is a NO cat dog. She's a great size at 38 lbs. If interested in adopting Lennox, our process begins with submission of OUR online application which can be found at www.adoptmebluegrasspetrescue.com. Additional adoption FAQ's can also be found there. Meets will be set with approved applicants. Thank you!

Story
APOLLO is a 43 lb Cattle Dog mix who was found as a stray by our volunteer, He was returned to his owner and then surrendered back to us because the owner realized the best thing for the dog was to find a better home. So, that's how we got this handsome boy. He is a 5-year-old male, and he's a great dog! Because we don't know a lot about his background, he participated in our Paws Behind Bars prison dog training program. He already has a nice energy level and walks well on a leash but a little obedience training goes along way. He graduated with honors and certainly enjoyed the 24/7 companionship of his inmate handler. Apollo's best home will be with an owner who has time to spend with him and enjoys walking. Apollo is fine with other dogs - but only at a distance. He's the kind of dog that will only share space with his human. He's incredibly loyal. If interested in adopting, our process begins with submission of OUR online application which can be found at www.adoptmebluegrasspetrescue.com. Additional adoption FAQ's can be found on the website also. Meets will be set with approved applicants. Thank you!

Story
GUINESS is looking for his forever home. He was found suffering from a severe would consistent with a snare type of trap. He is an adolescent dog who is still developing and is a strong willed, confident and driven dog with the capability to be intense at times. Not knowing for certain his breed makeup, his behaviors and physical features are definitely consistent with a mix of Australian Cattle Dog, Catahoula Leopard Dog and Sharpei (and probably many more below the surface) His perfect home is one where he is given an outlet like sports, hiking, fetch or tug and clear boundaries and guidance. While he can do well around children and small animals he has shown that he enjoys chasing and hunting type behaviors so if his adopter has children or small pets he will have to be watched and managed very closely. https://thearrowfund.org/our-animals/adoption-application/

Story
Theo is a happy energetic dog. He likes playing ball and exploring the outdoors. He loves spending time with his people, however he is shy with new people and requires a controlled introduction. Theo has lived with other dogs and cats. He does well with other dogs though sometimes his high level of energy does intimidate them. Though he doesn't trust cats he has learned to live with them. Theo has been through obedience training. Due to him being a working breed he does have some shepherding instincts, therefore he requires a new home that can provide him with the right mental and physical stimulation.

Story
This is the story of Sara, she will be 2 in May of 2024. She went through 7 different homes before I got her. She is very energetic & likes to run. I'm looking for a home with a fenced in yard she needs room to run, she loves to play ball & she is a herding dog. She thinks she is a lap dog. Affectionate, playful, smart & quick learner. She does sometimes do tricks as in "paw" & she does sit.
