Meet Aurora. She is 4 months old and 25 pounds currently. Most likely a heeler/beagle mix, I'd say husky as well. Aurora was adopted as a young puppy and returned due to the young child being overwhelmed by her puppy antics. Aurora is just that, a puppy and needs a family willing to help her with house training, crate training and manners. She is an active breed and will benefit from agility training or other activities to keep her busy. She is so very sweet and loves everyone and everything. She is doing great in her foster home, but does submissive tinkle occasionally. We are working on this! Adopters should be willing to work on it and give her grace as she gains skills. She is so very smart. She keeps her crate clean overnight, as well as potties outside on a schedule.  She will jump and can be mouthy, but loves to play with her toys. She loves playing with the resident dog. She's barked at the cats, but it seems that she just wants to play.  Aurora is a very special, active, smart girl who needs a family to help her be her best. She is amazing, so sweet, sits at my feet and loves to be with her people. She is spayed and up to date on vaccinations.  April 19, 2026, 7:49 pm
