Please note that SNARR NE is a volunteer-based organization. While our volunteers will try to respond to you as quickly as possible, it is helpful if you review the below information about our adoption process before emailing: LISTED BREED(S) & AGE: We are taking our best guess on age, breed, and size when fully grown, based on the puppy's/dog's physical appearance and what we might have learned about one or both parents depending on the situation. *NOTE* We rarely know a dog's exact age, nor are we able to tell the true or full breed mix of dogs as our information is limited most of the time. Because we often do not have access to medical records at the time that we are listing for dogs for adoption, there are sometimes discrepancies between what is posted on their profile and what might be listed on a dog's medical records. SNARR'S ADOPTION PROCESS: The first step in adopting or meeting a SNARR dog/puppy is to fill out an application at https://snarrnortheast.org/adopt/. Once we receive your application, one of our adoption application processors will contact you, review our adoption process with you, and answer any additional questions you may have. **We do not go on a first-come-first-serve basis for adoptions, but on best fit for a family and most importantly the puppy or dog. ** MEETING ADOPTABLE DOGS: Meet and greets will not be scheduled until after your adoption application has been fully processed and approved by one of our adoption processors. APPLYING ONLINE: If you fill out an online application, please do so from a computer (not a mobile device), make sure you answer ALL the questions in as much detail as possible, and that you receive a confirmation email. Laid-back Lilly has an unbelievably sweet personality and temperament.  When she looks up at you and flashes that big smile, it will melt your heart.  She absolutely adores cuddles and attention! She was pregnant when she was rescued and was such a very loving mama to her puppies.  Lilly loves playing with all sorts of toys!  She loves her big and little humans and follows them everywhere! Lilly has been great with any dog she has been introduced to, she is a patient happy girl that gets along with everyone. Lilly may take a few moments to warm up to a new enviornment, so can be timid on a leash.  Additionally, her foster mom has a fenced backyard with room to explore so she just hasn't had a lot of practice on the leash but in no time at all she will have those skills perfected, we are sure she would love neighborhood walks.  Lilly is looking a loving home, a fenced yard and canine buddy would be a plus.  Lilly continues to wait patiently to meet her forever family to make her rescue journey complete.  If you are looking for a darling gal with a beautiful soul that always smiles, loves kisses and is eager to please Ms Lilly is your perfect match! *Name: Wanda (Marvel) *Age: Approximately 1 year old *Current Weight: 37 pounds *Rescued from: Texas (currently located with foster in Texas, transport will be scheduled once adopted.) *Adoption fee: $375 *Health: Up to date on vaccines, spayed & microchipped *Adoption requirements: Adopter must be 25 or older,  Meet Wanda.  Inquisitive and a little reserved best describe our Wanda.  Wanda has been in foster care for a long time.  Unfortunately, no one has picked her yet.  Will you be her someone?  Wanda loves to run, not much interest in fetch.  She is potty trained and loves other dogs.  She loves them so much we think it's best that Wanda be adopted by a family with another active canine sibling to help show Wanda the ropes in her new home.  Wanda is timid at first, but beyond sweet, it just takes her a little time to feel comfortable in a new environment.  Wanda is good with kids and loves playing with her foster human sister.  Wanda loves exploring and running in her foster mom’s fenced back yard.  She’s not great on a leash but we think she would learn leash skills fairly quick especially with a big brother/sister to teach her.  She is a fun girl that loves attention and following her fur and human family members everywhere.  Wanda is a medium size, spayed, heartworm negative and up to date on vaccines.  If you are looking for a redhead in your life to bring you a life full of love and entertainment, we are sure you’ll love Wanda.   To apply to adopt, fill out an application at https://snarrnortheast.org/adopt/ FAQs -- PLEASE READ ALL BEFORE EMAILING All adoption fees are non-refundable If paying by credit card, Venmo, or PayPal there is a set processing fee, generally this fee is under $15 per pet.
