Meet Clarke, the calm, clever, and charming member of our Stranger Things crew. This male heeler mix puppy came to us as part of a local unwanted litter here in Wisconsin, and he’s now thriving and ready to find a family to love. Clarke is a pretty easygoing pup who enjoys playtime but also knows how to settle. He’s been doing wonderfully in his foster home, where his caregivers have been especially impressed with his excellent temperament and adaptability. He takes new experiences in stride and is a joy to have around. He does great with other dogs, kids, and cats, making him a fantastic fit for many types of homes. Like any puppy, Clarke will thrive with a family committed to continuing his basic training and structure, helping him grow into a confident, well-mannered adult dog. If you’re looking for a puppy with a steady personality, a playful side, and a whole lot of heart, Clarke might be your perfect match. All of our dogs are dewormed, spayed/neutered, microchipped, up to date on age-appropriate vaccines, and heartworm tested if they are old enough. She came to us from our Juneau County hoarding case with a fractured leg that had gone untreated and healed improperly. Ultimately, the kindest path forward was amputation—and Aspen has absolutely thrived ever since. This sweet girl doesn’t let three legs slow her down one bit. Aspen loves a good adventure, enjoys being active, and approaches life with a joyful, can-do spirit. She’s friendly with other dogs, does well with kids, and is currently in a foster home where she’s showing just how wonderful of a family dog she can be. Aspen has endured more than any dog ever should, yet she remains gentle, loving, and full of heart. Now, she’s ready for the one thing she’s always deserved: a family of her very own to love her for the incredible dog she is.
