Sweet puppy Prince is a 20 months old Australian Kelpie, who loves other dogs. He is very well behaved, mild mannered, obedient pup. Prince was found starving and neglected, when our vet tech rescued him to save his life. Prince also got 2 weeks obedience training and his trainer said that he is one of the best pups they have had in their program. Prince loves his chew toys and treats. He is currently living with his best friend Pongo and they are inseparable. We are hoping they can be adopted together but he can be with any pup, he is such a good boy. Prince is 40 lb. He is fully vetted, and neutered. He is also chipped and heartworm negative. His adoption fee includes all his shots (DAPP, Rabies, Bordetella) as well as heartworm test, and neuter surgery, and deworming schedule. Prince is being fostered in Texas, and can travel to any state, and even Canada to the right home. To adopt our puppies, yards must be fully and adequately fenced. We do not accept invisible or electric fences. Since our rescue does not get grants that shelters get, we use adoption fee to help the pups and kitties in our care. Your adoption fee goes towards vetting and feeding our long term and permanent fosters, and unadoptable pups, as well as towards the monthly care and preventatives etc of our pets. 2 yr old tricolor M/N Kelpie/GSD mix Looking for a dogs dog?? Gunner is your guy! He was comfortable enough around me, allowed touch, took treats, interacted some with me, but he really really wanted to play with the big dog in the next yard. He wasn't aloof though! Took treats gently, eager to please and loved being called a good boi, it was a fun yard time for both us us He does seem to be feeling the stress from the shelter, some have had some trouble getting him out of his kennel but he was perfectly behaved for me. This is an active breed, he will need consistent physical and mental exercise to be happy, it is likely what is causing his current stress and occasional barrier reactivity. It is worth noting that he was a very loud bork monster when I first approached his kennel but after 3 treats he was ready to follow me anywhere I was going Knows how to sit, walks well on the leash (just a tiny bit of pulling) and seemed potty trained!! ##2528145##
