Story
Glow is a sweet and affectionate girl who’s ready to light up her forever home. She’s happiest when snuggled close for belly rubs or snoozing in the sun, but she also has a playful side—her goofy naps and love for peanut butter will keep you smiling every day. She’s house-trained / crate-trained / potty trained / good on leash and she gets along well with dogs. Glow would thrive in a home that has another pup to be her companion. Glow's foster mom cannot speak more highly of her. Her perfect family will appreciate her gentle nature and give her the love and stability she deserves. In return, Glow will offer endless loyalty, comfort, and joy. 🐾❤️ Glow is being fostered in Texas, but can travel to any state, and even Canada for the right home. To meet our gorgeous pups via facetime or whatsapp or other video chat apps, please send a completed application via www.savesomesouls.com Yards MUST BE adequately and fully fenced to adopt our pups. We do not accept electric or underground fences. Glow's adoption fee includes all vetting (DAPP with booster, Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, multiple broad spectrum deworming treatments, spay/neuter surgery and recovery, heartworm and flea prevention), a microchip with free lifetime registration, a high quality nylon Martingale collar, and Harness. Our dogs are fully assessed by foster parents, vets and behaviorists, as well as videos and video chats are available to observe their manners in public. We are extremely transparent and like to share everything negative and positive with the adopters, to ensure it's a good fit and they are not returned to us, as the trips are very stressful on them. Houston is home to million strays, many who are abandoned, many born on the streets, many who escaped while living in the yard, which is common in Texas. Since our rescue does not get grants that shelters get, we use adoption fee to help the pups and kitties in our care. Your adoption fee goes towards vetting and feeding our long term and permanent fosters, and unadoptable pups, as well as towards the monthly care and preventatives etc of our pets. By adopting one pup from our rescue, you make room for another dog to be rescued our high kill shelter, thus becoming an integral part of our mission to save as many unfortunate dogs off the streets and shelters as possible. So Thank you for choosing to rescue, and not go to a breeder.

Story
BILINGUAL POOCH  Estimated DOB 10/29/19, weight 55 pounds Hello!  My name is Lucas, and I was abandoned at a vet clinic where I was tied to the front door.  Fortunately, the clinic found a client who agreed to take me in and foster me. The vet helped get me hooked up with an adoption program, so here I am, a HOPE dog now! I love playing with balls and squeaky toys, going running with my foster mom’s neighbor, and sunning in the backyard in nice weather. I like to play with other big dogs, but I like to wrestle. It looks / sounds rough, so I may be better as the only-pet child. I'm a smart boy who already knows 'sit.' I'm crate trained, bilingual, and ready to snuggle with you! Arrange to meet me today! HOPE ID: D23-0211-0010 If you are interested in Lucas and would like to fill out a Dog Adoption Application, please go to: http://www.homelesspets.net/adoption-forms/dog-adoption.php. Submitting an application does not obligate you to adopt from us but it initiates contact with us and gets the process started. If you have questions prior to filling out the application, email us at lisagilchrist16@gmail.com and a volunteer will get back to you.  May 18, 2026, 12:12 pm

Story
Tito was found at about 5 months old at a park by a kind dad and his toddler alone and scared.Tito is a big fan of long walks, adventures, and quality time with his favorite humans. He enjoys playing with other dogs but prefers polite play—he’s happiest with dog friends who respect his space and play nicely. He is house-trained and crate-trained, though he’d much rather be hanging out with his people than spending time in a crate. Tito walks beautifully on a leash and is always ready to explore the world by your side whether going on a walk, hike, or a car ride.Tito is very intelligent, loyal, and deeply devoted to his human. He has a naturally watchful and attentive nature and likes to keep an eye on his person, making sure everyone is where they’re supposed to be. Story
Meet Red – Your Next Adventure Buddy! Red is a 2.5-year-old bundle of energy weighing 50 lbs with a heart as big as his paws. After his beloved owner passed away, Red found himself in the loving care of a neighbor who rescues animals—and he`s been thriving ever since. Red is always ready for fun! Whether it`s a play session with other dogs, a romp around the yard, or just exploring his surroundings, he approaches life with enthusiasm and curiosity. He’s also a total lovebug—he’ll happily cuddle up next to you and soak in all the affection you’re willing to give. This playful pup is crate trained and will let you know with a little whine when he needs to go out. He’s also potty trained and learning the ropes of indoor life like a champ. Red loves to greet people by standing up and leaning in close for love—it’s his signature move! Red does well with other dogs and enjoys hopping around and goofing off with his canine friends. He knows basic commands like “sit” and “lay down,” and while he’s still working on leash training (he didn’t have much before coming into foster care), he’s eager to learn and please. He has never been in a home with kids but he is always friendly to the neighbor kids when they played in the street or in his yard. Before his foster home, Red lived outdoors and wasn’t reactive to passersby—he has a calm nature in that way. But now, he’s learning how fun and cozy the indoor life can be. He’d love an active home where he can continue learning, playing, and being part of the family. If you`re looking for an affectionate, fun-loving, and loyal companion who`s ready to be your adventure partner and cuddle buddy, Red might just be the perfect match! He is located in Houston, TX and can be transported to most states for a $300 fee.
