Hershey is friendly and outgoing, both with people and dogs and will be a wonderful companion. She walks wonderfully on a leash, never pulls, and takes cues from the hooman walking her. Stella is a friendly, 6 month old, full of energy girl puppy. She is potty trained and on a schedule. We go to the dog park twice a day to run and play. She loves it outside so she can run and play with other dogs. She loves the water and would go swimming if you take her to the lake or river. Her preference is to men. She has also been training in a cage/kennel and leash. ( still needs work but getting there) Just make sure to have chew toys 😊😊 Her favorite treat is milk bone dog biscuits.

Meet Kira! Kira's story has not been an easy one, but she is ready for a new beginning. She was found off Steger Towne Crossing in Rockwall on 8/12/26 and never reclaimed. Kira is an approximately 7 month old female Kelpie/Basenji mix weighing approx. 36 pounds who is now looking for a patient, understanding home where she can finally feel safe and secure. Kira is shy at first but has a very sweet nature once she begins to warm up. She is still learning how to navigate the world and will need an experienced dog owner who can provide guidance, structure, and patience in order to build her confidence and learn how to simply be a dog again. She will benefit from continued leash training and positive reinforcement to help her thrive. Kira has not yet been tested with other dogs and is not recommended with children under the age of 16. If you currently have another pet in the home, a meet and greet is suggested prior to adoption to help ensure a good fit for everyone. Her adoption fee is $125. She is spayed, microchipped, current on her rabies vaccine, boosters to date, and heartworm negative.
