Sapphire-Australian Shepard Blue Merle male, ~ 4 yr. (Dec. 2025) Contact rescuebc@hotmail.com for an application. Sapphire was surrendered to the Rescue because his prior owners did not have the time for him. She was moving and life was changing too much for Sapphire to go too. He's housetrained, crate trained, knows basic obedience commands, knows about grooming and husbandry care. He knows how to take treats gently. He loves puzzles and is very intelligent dog, typical for his breed. He's used to living with children and is good with other dogs. He has a great personality. He will enjoy an active lifestyle, hiking, running, playing. He is loving and will be a wonderful companion. Look at those blue eyes...how would you say no to him. Sapphire's adoption fee is $450 to help cover the medical costs of getting ready for adoption . Hi, my name is Zara! I am a beautiful gray and white 3-year-old Australian Shepherd Poodle mix. While ladies typically don’t disclose their weight, I am about 50 lbs. If you are a smart and active person or couple looking to adopt a dog with a similar temperament, then we could be a great match! I love going for walks and would appreciate having someone who can incorporate that into my daily routine. Getting outside for exercise is something I enjoy, and I would also make an excellent running companion. Visiting the park or going on hikes would be a lot of fun, too! Not to brag, but I believe I'm quite a looker, and I’m confident that if you took me to the park, we would make lots of friends together. While I love people, I am not used to being around other dogs, so a dog park wouldn’t be suitable for me. However, I’m always up for hanging out where the people are! I’m also a bit too energetic for young children; I sometimes forget that I'm bigger than they are and might accidentally knock them over. It would be wonderful if someone in the household could work from home, as I am crate-trained but don't like spending long hours alone. I thrive on human interaction and am seeking a loving home.  I promise to return your love! Story
Stella is a friendly and intelligent dog with plenty of energy. We want her to be happy and have a space where she can run around and play with other dogs. Previously, Stella lived in the mountains of Colorado, where she enjoyed a large fenced yard and had lots of friends to play with. Now, she is living in a townhouse without a yard, which has been challenging for her. As a very active young lady, she is currently feeling unhappy. Stella is a mix of Australian Cattle Dog, Husky, German Shepherd, and Golden Retriever, and she is expected to weigh around 30 pounds. She is a loving and eager-to-learn dog who picks up new skills quickly. Stella would be an amazing agility dog, as this would engage both her mind and her need for physical activity. If agility training isn't your interest, she would also thrive in an active lifestyle with an avid walker, hiker, or runner.  Stella is a very quick learner and was immediately fully potty trained.     To ensure the best for Stella, her new owners should have a yard or live on a farm, and it would be great if they have another dog and children.  Stella has plenty of energy to add playing at home to her list of activities.    Stella has been spayed and is current on all her shots until May 2026.  To be considered for her forever family and to request an application please contact Vivienne at vivienneajames@gmail.com.  APPROVED APPLICATION AND ADOPTION FEE REQUIRED.  (Stella is currently in Tennessee and can be transported north upon adoption.)  July 30, 2025, 9:47 pm

Story
Tommy came from a high kill shelter in TX, where not many get out of. We saw pictures of him and thought what a stunning dog. Tommy is a typical herding dog and will stay right by your side. He loves to run and play and very smart. He would love a fenced in yard to play with a buddy. He loves walks around the neighborhood with his foster family. He does get a bit scared when cars go by and is learning they are not going to get him. He does not pull on a leash. Very sweet dog. If you have any questions please feel free to reach out as the foster mum would love to tell you more. If you are interested in this handsome fellow please email us at Doginghamrescue@aol.com so we can send you an application. We are based in the Nashville, TN area and have most of our dogs transported up north. The $450 includes the adoption and transport fee (will have a health certificate too). The transport fee is not refundable if things do not work out.
