We adopted Maggie from rescueme.org a little under a year ago. She has been a very loving, sweet, playful, smart dog. She listens well, loves having a task, knows many commands. She just turned 5, has all her shots, sleeps in kennel, does well at doggy daycare, and weighs around 45lbs. She has separation anxiety when we leave the house. She can be protective (barking) but warms up to people very quickly.

We purchased Mia 3 years ago as a puppy. We recently moved and she is not doing well with the change and is experiencing behavioral issues, anxiety and having lots of accidents in the house and in her crate. Our prior home had a large yard where she could run and burn off steam. We have a small yard and she doesn’t have much space to move around. She is an active breed; a mini Australian Shepherd, who would do better in a different environment. She gets along well with other pets and children.

Jelly is a loving boy estimated to be around 7 months old. He is 20#, and said to be an Aussie/Doxie mix. He loves toys, wrestling with his foster sister, and snuggling up for kisses. When a loud noise startles him, being held and reassured helps him feel safe. He happily gives kisses right back! He’s great with dogs, cats, men, and women, rides well in the car, and does well at the vet. Jelly is still learning his puppy manners, including potty training, leash walking, and crate training. He has mastered the stairs! He wears his belly wrap comfortably, but he isn’t house-trained yet. He’s also in the chewing stage and does well when you help him find an appropriate chew toy. Sweet 1 1/2 year old Amy is in the market for a new loving home and would prefer a more quiet laid back setting. She is 38 lbs of a perfect mix of australian shepherd (her dad) and boxer/pit mix (her mom). A single lady would be prefered as she's not quite sure of men yet, but we are sure could learn to love them too? She did spend the first 6 months of her life in a pen outside with her littermates, so she is a bit shy and awkward. Once in a new home, she is loving and a loyal velcro pooch. Amy has completed a 6 week training course. No children please, as she was adopted and returned due to her being afraid of littles! Amy can jump around a lot and play r (with people and other dogs) so she is not a good fit for seniors or people with small dogs. She is freat in her crste while you are at work. She rarely barks. Meet Scooter. Rescued from a shelter in southern OH after his people surrendered him. Thus is a great dog and will make an awesome companion to an active family willing to exercise him. Scooter would love a canine companion, one that likes to play would be a bonus. He should go to a cat free home. He has been very friendly with everyone he has met but has kittens been around children since with us. His temperament seems good so older respectful children should fine. He rides like a dream in the car. A fenced yard is preferred. Scooter is house trained and crate trained. He is neutered and all his vetting is up to date. Scooter’s adoption fee is $225.
