Story
Meet Wrangler! This 10 week old mini aussie baby joined us this past Monday from a breeder who could not sell him due to being all white and deaf. Despite this condition, he is your typical little energetic balls of joy who loves to play and snuggle. If you want to add a fluff ball to your life, contact his adoption consultant, Lee, at pulver.puppylove5@gmail.com or complete an application here: https://therescueinn.com/adoption-application.html

Story
It's a me, Mario! Mario is ready to go on to the next level to find his forever family. His foster had this to say about him: Mario is slowly coming out of his shell and we are starting to see his personality! He's beginning to become curious about all the new things he's discovering and learning that toys are fun! He's still very shy though. He has stayed very close to my feet, he DOESN'T like to be alone. He has been sleeping in the crate at night and sleeps all night. But, the crate is level with my bed so he can see us. Sometimes it takes my hand on him through the crate for him to drift off to sleep. He is not housebroken, but he is starting to get into a routine. He is eating 3 meals a day and always has water available. I have been taking him out, on a leash, with a no slip out collar, EVERY HOUR. He hasn't had an accident in a couple days now. When he's outside to go potty, it usually takes him some time to go. I just walk back and forth in the same area. He is learning about love and affection and becoming a little snuggle buddy! " If you are interested in meeting Mario, come visit him during our open hours!

Story
Meet Wrangler. He arrived  at our rescue today, 6/8. He is perfect in the car. What a total sweetheart he is. He seems to be very dog friendly, not yet sure about cats and children although his personality dictates he will probably be fine. Wrangler is a purebred Aussie and 8 years old. He is a big boy at close to 70 lbs, a bit overweight. He also knows some basic commands. Wrangler did test positive for the tick borne diseases but is on a month of an antibiotics and that should be all that is necessary. Wrangler’s adoption fee is $200. If interested in Wrangler, please email hartmanshounds@gmail.com.June 8, 2023, 10:34 pm

Story
To be considered for adopting a dog from Canine Lifeline, you must have an approved application must be on file. Please visit http://www.caninelifeline.org/adoption-process/ for more information about our adoption process and to submit an online application.   Taffy is a lovable 6 month-old Aussie mix pup who was surrendered to a county dog shelter along with her 4 sisters. All made the trip to Canine Lifeline so they could have fun in foster homes while searching for their permanent new homes. Taffy is the life of the party and has never met a stranger. She’s out front exploring everything first and is eager to meet new people and other dogs. Taffy looks like a chubby bear cub and is just as huggable as they come. She would love a home with an active family to keep her busy and entertained as well as learning lots of new things so she can become a canine good citizen. Being left alone for long workdays would not be her cup of tea so she’s looking for an active person or family who has lots of time to spend with her. Taffy weighs about 17 pounds currently and we expect she may be 35-40 pounds or so once full-grown. Her adoption fee is $350. She’s spayed, on monthly heartworm preventative, up to date on vaccinations, wormed, on flea and tick preventative, and microchipped. As part of the adoption process, all adopters must commit to a two-week adjustment period to make sure it’s a great match before the adoption is finalized. Please email info@caninelifeline.org if you’re interested in Taffy. An approved application is required before we schedule meets with any of our dogs. Please note that we don’t place our dogs in homes with children under 7 years of age. We correspond via email so please check your junkmail or spam folder to make sure our reply hasn’t landed in there. Please visit our website at www.caninelifeline.org to see more photos of Taffy and to submit an online application.June 8, 2023, 2:47 pm

Story
To be considered for adopting a dog from Canine Lifeline, you must have an approved application must be on file. Please visit http://www.caninelifeline.org/adoption-process/ for more information about our adoption process and to submit an online application.   Tully is a shy but very sweet 1.5 year-old Aussie mix neutered male who found himself homeless at an overcrowded county dog shelter since October of last year. He was very frightened at the shelter and while he warmed up to the volunteers and staff there, he was wary of strangers making his chances for adoption there almost nil. When the shelter reached serious overcrowding over the holidays, Tully was moved to a boarding kennel to save his life and buy him some time until we had room for him. Tully was a little shy with us when he first arrived but he is a real sweetheart who we know is going to excel once he feels comfortable in his forever home. He loves other dogs and would definitely benefit from having a confident canine buddy in his new home to help him adjust. Given his initial shyness in new situations, he would do best in a home that has a yard with a secure aboveground fence. Tully is a smart boy who’s sure to pick up the routine in his new home with ease once he feels comfortable there. We can’t wait for him to be living the life he deserves with a wonderful person or family who gives him that chance. He weighs about 50 pounds and his adoption fee is $250. He’s neutered, heartworm negative and on monthly preventative, up to date on vaccinations, wormed, on flea and tick preventative, and microchipped. As part of the adoption process, all adopters must commit to a two-week adjustment period to make sure it’s a great match before the adoption is finalized.
