Abby has been with us for 15 years. We have clocked her running at 23 mph. She was a rescue. She is going deaf. She is the smartest dog I’ve ever seen. So she has adapted to her handicap super well. Her face and eyes will make you melt. She loves attention and doesn’t mind rubbing her nose on you to get that attention. We are ever thankful finding someone to take good care of her in her senior years

Story
Busy is a 4 year old Toy Australian Shepherd. We got her about 4 months ago from a man who could no longer take care of her. She is the absolute sweetest, but unfortunately she and one of our older dogs do not get along and have to be separated at all times. We think she would thrive in a one dog household. She was an outside dog her whole life, but is now living the highlife as an inside dog. She is fully potty trained, knows some basic commands, and is crate trained. She is an Aussie, so she will have periods of high energy, but we have found that she would choose cuddles over a game of fetch any day. She also loves looking out the window and really appreciates a good chew toy. We have gotten her spayed and vaccinated. She is heartworm positive, but is now on preventative medication. All she really needs is a forever family to love her as much as we do.

Story
Hi, I'm King! 🐾 I'm a black and brown Australian Shepherd with a big heart and lots of love to give. My world changed recently when my owner passed away. A family member took me in and cared for me, but they weren't able to keep me, so now I'm hoping to find a new family to love. I'll admit, I've been a little confused by all the changes. Sometimes new things make me a bit unsure, but I'm doing my best and taking things one day at a time. What hasn't changed is how much I love people. I love being close to my family, getting pets and affection, and just knowing I'm part of the pack. I'm housebroken, have good manners in the home, and do well with children. I'm also dog-friendly and enjoy the company of other dogs. When it comes to cats, I'm respectful of their space and don't pay them too much mind, making me an easy companion in a variety of households. More than anything, I just want a place where I can feel safe, loved, and included. A cozy spot to relax, a family to spend time with, and someone to remind me that good things are still ahead. If you're looking for a loyal companion who will be by your side through it all, I might be your guy. All I'm really asking for is a second chance and a family to call my own. I promise to fill your days with love, devotion, and plenty of happy tail wags. Love, King 🐾 Adoption fee is: $400 ALL adoptions require a completed application, vet check, home check and final contract. The application to adopt can be found at www.camorescue.com. Adoption fees are variable. Up to date vaccines, microchip, spay/neuter are included in the fee. Once your application has been approved, we will put you in touch with a CAMO representative to set up a meet and greet. We select the best applicant for each dog, based on the dog's needs. For the safety of our small breed dogs and based on our past experiences, we will not place our dogs in homes with large breed dogs. EIN # 46-5486022

Story
Grace is a loving dog with a big personality. I originally got her hoping she’d be a great companion, and she’s been part of my life for a while now. She has a lot of energy, is very alert, and can be protective at times. I’d describe her as smart, active, loyal, and independent. I’m looking for a new home that has experience with dogs and can give her the time, patience, and attention she deserves. She would do best with someone who understands strong personalities and can provide a stable environment where she can continue to grow and feel safe. My main goal is finding her a caring home that’s the right fit for both her and her new owner.

Story
Jubal Sex: Female Breed: Shepherd Mix Age: Approximately 5 years old Good with: Dogs Not recommended with: Cats Crate Trained: Yes House Trained: Yes Jubal is one of those special dogs whose true personality shines once she knows she’s safe. While she may be shy and fearful when meeting new people, beneath that timid exterior is a bubbly, goofy girl with a heart of gold. Her favorite place to nap is upside down on the couch with her belly in the air, and she loves joining other dogs for playtime before settling in for a well-earned snooze. She’s crate trained, walks beautifully on a leash, and has wonderful manners around other dogs. Jubal has experienced significant trauma in her life, so she needs a patient adopter who understands that trust isn’t built overnight. She has never shown aggression—when she’s nervous, she simply cowers and quietly accepts handling. Once she feels secure, her sweet, smiley personality begins to blossom. Her ideal home is calm, gentle, and patient, preferably with another confident, friendly dog who can help her continue building confidence. Because of her unique needs, potential adopters will spend time visiting Jubal in her foster home before adoption so she can develop trust and feel comfortable with her future family. If you’re willing to let Jubal move at her own pace, you’ll discover an incredibly loyal companion with one of the purest souls you’ll ever meet. Sometimes the greatest love stories are the ones that take a little time to unfold.  ##2513638##
