Courtesy Post: Owner Surrender/Rehoming- West Columbia, TX Meet Juju! She is an 3 year old Australian Shepherd/Border Collie mix and weighs 50 lbs. She is spayed, microchipped, up to date on shots, and on heartworm prevention. Juju is good with kids and dogs! No cats or chickens, due to her reactivity! The owner is surrendering her because she has attacked multiple chickens and small animals (but not cats). She will chase cats though. She needs to find a new furever home as soon as possible! If you think you can provide a great home for Juju, please contact the owner listed below. There is a $100 rehoming fee to assure good folks with good intentions. This fee will be donated to Australian Shepherd’s Furever for their assistance in placing Juju. Owner’s Contact Information: Traci Bishop at (979) 709-1950 or tracileighb@yahoo.com.

Story
Est dob: 1/22/2019 Drax is a calm, friendly, affectionate, and very easy going guy. He’s about 4 years old and is an Australian Shepard mix. He is in a home with other dogs and has been with teenage kids as well. Drax is house broken, but always expect an adjustment when any pet enters a new environment. Unfortunately, Drax was fed way too much by his previous owners and has become a little overweight. He currently weighs in at 160 lbs which is way too much for him! He is on a vet supervised caloric diet which he has done very well with and has already started to lose some of those extra pounds! He is becoming more energetic as 4 year old dog should be, by playing more with his current foster's dog and toys. He would be a great addition to a family wanting to help him on his journey with starting off with slow short walks as he works towards his goals. Drax is in a foster home with other dogs and adults that he does well with.  Please consider making this handsome boy a member of your family. As we are a foster based rescue, we do require a completed application to be submitted before we arrange a meet.  This can be found on our website at :  https://almosthomepetrescue.org/apply-now-1  $200 (including tax) adoption fee includes core vaccinations, rabies vaccination, heart worm test (in dogs over 6 months of age), microchip and registration, spay/neuter, wormer and flea and heart worm prevention while the dog is in our care. All breed and size categorizations are estimates.  If transporting out of state, the total adoption cost will be $500. This amount is inclusive of adoption fee, transport fee, health certificate, and taxes.April 16, 2024, 7:06 am

Story
Conroe floor projectI’m Buck! A 3-year-old Australian Shepherd Mix of approximately 50 pounds. I’ve been told I have a warm heart, I’m just looking for the right home to give it to! I fall in love with people quickly and love to be around his humans. I am obsessed with pets, especially belly rubs. I love playing fetch, and constantly crave peanut butter! I am potty and crate trained, and even though I am still getting used to my crate, that’s where my peanut butter fix comes to play!   I am a fast learner and friendly to everyone, but I may need some time to warm up. responds quickly to training. I know how to sit and stay, and I had some early professional training. Will you let me give you my heart? ]April 17, 2024, 2:19 am
