Story
Jubal Sex: Female Breed: Shepherd Mix Age: Approximately 5 years old Good with: Dogs Not recommended with: Cats Crate Trained: Yes House Trained: Yes Jubal is one of those special dogs whose true personality shines once she knows she’s safe. While she may be shy and fearful when meeting new people, beneath that timid exterior is a bubbly, goofy girl with a heart of gold. Her favorite place to nap is upside down on the couch with her belly in the air, and she loves joining other dogs for playtime before settling in for a well-earned snooze. She’s crate trained, walks beautifully on a leash, and has wonderful manners around other dogs. Jubal has experienced significant trauma in her life, so she needs a patient adopter who understands that trust isn’t built overnight. She has never shown aggression—when she’s nervous, she simply cowers and quietly accepts handling. Once she feels secure, her sweet, smiley personality begins to blossom. Her ideal home is calm, gentle, and patient, preferably with another confident, friendly dog who can help her continue building confidence. Because of her unique needs, potential adopters will spend time visiting Jubal in her foster home before adoption so she can develop trust and feel comfortable with her future family. If you’re willing to let Jubal move at her own pace, you’ll discover an incredibly loyal companion with one of the purest souls you’ll ever meet. Sometimes the greatest love stories are the ones that take a little time to unfold.  ##2513638##

Story
If you would like more information about Angel or are interested in adopting her, please send an email to davidchandler1213@gmail.com Meet Angel – A Sweet Soul Looking for a Calm, Loving Home Angel is a beautiful 9-year-old Australian Shepherd mix with a gentle spirit and a heart full of love. We adopted her in 2018, and she’s been a loyal companion ever since. She’s house-trained, well-mannered indoors, and happiest when she’s by your side on a peaceful walk or relaxing nearby. Angel thrives in a calm, predictable environment. She hasn’t done well with other dogs, so she’d do best as the only dog in the home. But she gets along well with our cats so it's possible she could adjust to other cats. Her ideal home would be with adults or older children. Although Angel can pull when she sees other dogs, she absolutely loves going for walks and being outdoors. We recently welcomed a baby into our home, and unfortunately, Angel has been showing signs of stress around the baby. This decision has been heartbreaking, but we want to do what’s best for her, and that means finding a home where she can feel safe, relaxed, and loved. Angel is spayed, up to date on vaccinations, and in good health. She would be a wonderful companion for someone looking for a loyal, low-key best friend to share their life with. If you think you could be the right fit for Angel, we’d love to talk with you and arrange a meet and greet. Story
Hello! My name is King and I’d like to tell you a little bit about myself. I’m athletic, playful, and have boundless amounts of energy. I enjoy running around the yard with my foster mates and I’m always ready for tug-of-war with them (or even you!). I walk very well on a leash and if you like to go running, I’m more than happy to keep you company. I’m crate trained, potty trained and I’ve learned a few simple commands but my favorite thing to do is spend time with someone who cares for me and teaches me that I’m a part of the family. When it comes down to it, I’m a sweet and affectionate fella who just wants to spread love and joy around this world. I can’t wait to meet you!

Story
Julie is the definition of easygoing. This gorgeous golden girl is calm, gentle, and wonderfully low energy. She walks beautifully on leash without pulling, knows how to sit on command, and takes treats gently right from your hand. Julie isn’t particularly interested in toys, and honestly, she doesn’t seem to need much to make her happy. She’ll happily sit there and soak up pets for as long as you’re willing to give them, but she’s equally content to do her own thing too. She’s independent without being aloof and affectionate without being demanding.Julie has also done well with other dogs in shelter playgroups and would likely enjoy having canine companions in her future home. If you’re looking for a sweet, steady companion who has left the puppy chaos behind and is ready to enjoy the simple things in life - good company, some pets, and a peaceful place to call home - Julie might be your girl.

Story
After raising her puppies and helping them all find loving homes, Frida is enjoying her time off mama dog duty. She’s a low energy girl who walks beautifully on leash and is perfectly happy to entertain herself and do her own thing. Her favorite hobby is sniffing around for lost treats. Frida LOVES treats. She takes them gently from your hand, and will start to hover on two legs if you make her wait too long to eat one. She doesn’t know any tricks yet, but with her love of treats she’s sure to be motivated to learn some. Frida is happy to be pet, and she’ll give you a couple of sweet kisses in return, but she’s also super easygoing and doesn’t need constant attention. All she needs is a comfortable home, lots of snacks, and a person to share her days with. She’s done well with other dogs in shelter playgroups, and it seems like she’d enjoy having doggy siblings. Frida is so ready to start her next chapter in life in a loving home. This sweet girl is all about the simple things.
