Story
Miniature Aussie. Cute, loving, and playful dog. She is the sweetest dog you could ever have and loves to get loves and cuddles. She is extremely loyal and very obedient. She loves to play tug war and run around outside. She loves walks and hiking. She grew up around other dogs and around young children, and we never had an issue with her. She is extremely well behaved and trained. Is crate trained, potty trained since 6 months old, knows all basic commands, walk trained with and without leash. She has never tried to run away and will stay in the yard. She broke and dislocated her ankle and unfortunately we are unable to afford the surgery required to give her the best quality of life. The vet we went to said it would be approximately $2084.10 to fix her leg. We are absolutely devastated, but we want what is best for her. She will be 4 years old in June.

Story
OBSERVED BY SHELTER STAFF: Jerry is a shy fellow that warms up to people that approach him gently. Once he knows you, he likes to dance and talk! He also enjoys going for walks so he can sniff and explore. He should not go into a home with small children or animals. He doesn’t seem to mind the other dogs here at the shelter, but a meet and greet is recommended. He walks okay on the leash and knows the sit command.Weighs 41 pounds; $25 to adopt.

OBSERVED BY SHELTER STAFF: Rico is an independent boy with would do best with a dog savvy adopter that has breed experience. He does not seem to be a fan of the other animals here at the shelter. He does know the sit and shake commands. Rico does have a mild bite history and any potential adopter will need to sign a bite disclosure. Weighs 41 pounds, $25 to adopt

Story
Brittni 801-645-0702We are needing to rehome our mini Australian Shepherd named Grizz. He is 6 years old and fixed. This is so hard for me but he needs a home where he can run, play, and have lots of love. He is kennel aggressive without a treat, but other than that a loving pup. He loves to cuddle, play fetch, run, etc. I do think he would do better in a home without small children, but older children would be great! I’m absolutely heartbroken. We just want him to go to a loving home where he gets the attention he needs.

Story
Ruger will be 7 years old in May but still has the energy he had at 2. I’ve had him since he was a puppy and he is a loving dog that just wants to play all the time. He is high drive, high energy. He loves to play fetch with a ball or frisbee and can run for what seems like hours. He’s not great with recall but loves to go on walks with leash. Because of life circumstances I can no longer keep up with him and he deserves a home with someone who can give him the attention he deserves and exercise he needs. He’ll bulldoze over small children but he’d do well in a home with older children that can play with him. He needs a home and owner that can be consistent with him with training, playing, exercise, and love. Preferably he’ll need to be the only dog in the household unless you’re willing to work with his behavior with other dogs. I love Ruger dearly but he deserves more than I can give him at this point in my life.

Owner name: Reineeowner phone: 385-268-2417please call my owner if you would like to meet me!Hank loves to be outside running and playing with balls or Frisbees. He loves to go on walks and hikes. He listens well off leash and has good recall. He is very loving and loves women more than men due to his past. He is eager to please but gets overly excited. He does try to herd children due to his breed. Would do great in a farm setting with training in herding.
