His crossed-paw lounging pose and little tuft of hair by his eye make him extra charming.Misio is house-trained, crate-trained, and well-mannered in the home—though he’ll counter-surf if food is within reach. He knows basic commands and is very food-motivated. He walks best on a long leash and settles nicely after the initial excitement. He rides well in a crate.He should be an only pet. He can pass some dogs politely but is unpredictable with others and doesn’t like sharing toys. No cats. He’s fine around livestock when supervised. He loves kids but will react if handled roughly, so he needs a home with respectful boundaries.Misio is healthy, takes a few supplements, and is at a great weight after losing 16 lbs. After a lot of tears and trying everything we can, we’ve made the heartbreaking decision to find a new home for Pepper. Our kids’ allergies have continued to get worse, and keeping him separated downstairs isn’t fair to him. He deserves so much more than that.
