Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Meet courtesy dog Lester – A Gentle Soul Looking for His New Home  Don’t let the “senior” label fool you—Lester still has plenty of love, curiosity, and companionship to give. This handsome   50–55 lb tricolor hound mix,  is estimated to be around 10-11 years old , and he’s in impressively good shape. In fact, he can still hop right into the back of a car and happily head out for his next adventure. Lester is the definition of a well-mannered gentleman. Since arriving in his foster home, he has been easygoing, adaptable, and incredibly pleasant to have around. He has a calm, “go with the flow” personality that makes him a wonderful companion for a relaxed household. This sweet boy enjoys daily walks to stretch his legs and sniff the world, followed by long, cozy naps. He’s crate trained, housebroken, neutered and great on a leash, which means he will transitions easily into a new routine. Whether you live in a house or an apartment, Lester is perfectly content as long as he gets his walks and time with his people. Lester is friendly with new people and does well with other calm, well-mannered dogs. Because he prefers a peaceful environment, a quieter home would suit him best. He would also be happy as your one and only dog. Cats aren’t really his thing, so a cat-free home   would be ideal. What truly makes Lester special is his gentle, affectionate nature. He’s the kind of dog who simply wants to be near his people, enjoying the comfort and security of a loving home. After sadly losing his family, Lester ended up in a shelter and was at risk of euthanasia. Thankfully, he found a safe foster home—but what he really deserves is a forever family to spend his golden years with. If you’re looking for a loyal companion, a calm walking buddy, and a loving presence in your home, Lester might just be your perfect match. DISCLAIMER: We hope you'll consider adopting Lester. He is a courtesy listed dog.  This means that he is not a part of or associated with Best Friend Pet Adoption (BFPA). The bio information listed for him was provided by his rescuer and not generated or verified by BFPA. Adoption arrangements will be a private arrangement between you and the rescuer.  As with any dog adoption, BFPA encourages potential adopters to gain as much information as possible before adopting. Story
Willie is a 10-month-old Beagle mix with a handsome red coat and a petite frame that's as adorable as his personality. Rescued from the shelter with a case of mange, he's made a full recovery and is now healthy, happy, and ready to find the forever family he's been waiting for.Willie is a friendly, curious boy who always wants to know what's happening around him. He's smart and eager to learn, has already mastered using a doggy door, and is crate trained. He gets along well with other dogs and would enjoy having a canine companion or simply being part of an active family.Like many young dogs, Willie is still working on his leash manners and will need continued training and consistency to help him become the best walking buddy he can be. While he's not much of a cuddle bug, he's a loyal companion who enjoys being near his people and taking in the world around him.If you're looking for a bright, fun-loving young dog with a gentle spirit and plenty of potential, Willie may be the perfect addition to your family.

Story
Jon Dillin is a 9 year old beagle. He’s about 32 lbs. He is so sweet! He loves other dogs, kids, the vet, and anything that shows him attention. Jon Dillin needs a back yard and a space he can sniff around. He is a great addition to any family. Jon Dillin can be anxious in the car and in public. He listens well and has been trained to do all basic commands. He is a howling beagle, but can be called off. He needs more attention than we’re able to give him because of very unforeseen circumstances. He is crate trained and has used one his entire life. He is not destructive when he’s out, but it’s just a habit we wanted to keep. He’s a doll! Adopt him and let him give you all his love!

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Online Adoption Application › Hi, my name is Rocky.  I am a typical beagle.  I have am the cutest, but more importantly, I will steal your heart with my love and my great big puppy dog eyes. Ideally, I will have a home with people who love me and want to get hugs, kisses, and lots of walks and toys. I am dog & cat friendly! I would do best in a home with no kids.  The adoption fee is $400, which covers food, vetting, microchip and the spay/neuter surgery performed by a rescue-affiliated vet.  All dogs receive a wellness visit and are up to date on shots appropriate for age.  Breed and size is Pawfect Match Rescue's best guess and not guaranteed. Please go to https://www.pawfectmatch.org/animals/search? and search on the dog name to see more photos, browse the profile, and complete an applicationVisit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.July 31, 2026, 10:56 am
