He is not big, does not wield a sword of wear loin cloths...so Thor and is really more Thor "light" and Thor "country meets the suburbs" than what your imagination might conjure up. Thor is an adorable, squatty, a little chonky, male adult beagle who weighs about 25 lbs full grown. He is a dream of a beagle who loves to roam, wander, nap and do it all again. He is NOT signing up for hunting class and does not want to really "run" anywhere. Jog is more his style on his "high exercise" days and otherwise he likes to take life at a middling pace. *** AVAILABLE ON-SITE FRIDAY & SATURDAY *** "Life is Good" with this sweet girl! Life is a sweet Beagle/Hound mix who has raised her puppies and is ready for a family of her own. She is ready to be loved on by her new family and get all the snuggles. Life is an active girl that loves to go for walks, or play in the yard. She eats, then goes right out to do her business in the yard. She has not had accidents in the 5 weeks in foster, and is able to go from 9pm-7am without needing to go out. She is great with kids – and loves all people. She also loves being with other dogs. This little girl is sweet, funny, spunky and will be a great family pet/companion. She entertains herself with her toys and enjoys having a stuffed kong or a bone to chew. When she’s not patrolling the yard for varmints, she can be found basking in the sun. As a typical Hound she leads with her nose. But those nosey Hounds are oh so sweet and cute if you keep them safe from following the scents of EVERYTHING in the yard. Life is good at jumping, so you will need to have a secure fence and a well fitting harness for when she walks. She is used to having someone with her during the day, and does get anxious being in a crate that is not near her people. She would love to snuggle in with you at night, or be part of a pack. If you’re ready for a fun-loving pup to play with your dogs and family this will be the pup for you.

We are looking for help in finding a new home for a sweet ~8-10 year old Beagle/Bassett mix, Chelsea. She is my mother in laws dog, and sadly she is in the hospital and will not be returning home. She rescued Chelsea in March of 2021. Chelsea is a chill dog who loves humans and is looking for her next family that wants to snuggle up on the couch! She is house trained and has also been trained to stay in the yard without leash. Chelsea needs to go to a home where she would be the only dog as she currently is afraid of other dogs (even small ones). She would get along best in a quiet home as she sometimes gets startled by loud or unexpected noises. Please let me know what questions we can answer about this sweet girl!
