Tracker is a 40-lb male Beagle/Foxhound mix with a huge heart and an even bigger love for people. He’s an affectionate, happy dog who absolutely thrives on human attention. Tracker loves to play, run, and explore, so he would do best with an active owner and a home with a large yard and a secure wooden fence. While people are his favorite, he gets along great with other dogs and enjoys playtime with canine friends. Tracker has quite a story — he was hit by a car and nearly lost his life, but he made an incredible recovery. Now he’s fully healed and ready to start the next chapter of his life with a loving family. About Tracker: • 40 lb male Beagle/Foxhound mix & 2 years old • Neutered • Heartworm negative • Up to date on all shots • Potty trained • Will kennel when needed (though it’s not his favorite) • Very loving with a fantastic personality Tracker is truly a special dog who deserves a second chance and a forever home. Ruby is a gentle soul, who could be a loving companion to those who have the time and availability to give her the attention she responds to best. We rescued her from an animal shelter in 2012. She is very patient and loving towards children, and has been a devoted companion to our other dog. As she has gotten older we recognize that we are not able to give her the consistent care and attention she needs, and she has exhibited more anxiety related behavior issues; such as obsessively licking her paws or the carpet, periodically sneaking off in a vacant room and peeing on the carpet, or fits of barking while in her kennel at night. Our belief is that if she is in a home where she can receive more consistent attention and exercise, many of these issues could greatly diminish, so we are seeking to help her find a new, loving home for her golden years.

Snickers Bar is looking for a foster home to relax and recover in while they are receiving medical treatment. Reason for Foster: Heartworm Positive + URIFoster Time Frame: 2-3 months(The foster time frame may be longer depending on future rechecks and medical needs.) Foster Care Plan: Snickers Bar is heartworm positive. They will go to foster with medication to prepare for their upcoming heartworm treatment on 8/25. During heartworm treatment, it is essential to keep them as calm as possible and avoid activities that may increase their heart rate. A medical consultation will be provided at your pickup appointment to ensure you are prepared to take great care of this sweet pup. Snickers Bar is being treated for an upper respiratory infection, which is similar to a common cold. While recovering, they may have symptoms such as sneezing, congestion, and nasal/eye discharge. Because URI can be contagious to other dogs, we recommend keeping them separated from resident dogs until they have fully recovered.
