Story
Zack was rescued from a rooftop in Guadalajara, Mexico along with one of his siblings. They were starving and neglected. Fortunately, our sister organization was able to secure them and take them to the vet where they completed their health protocols and neutering. Zack is energetic, playful and a leader. He likes to be around other dogs, but on his own terms. He is friendly with people and children that respect his boundaries. He will thrive in an active home where he can spend time outdoors, sniffing and exploring. He is not a pup to be left alone hours on end, but rather a companion and a family dog.

Story
Knows the commands, sit,lay down, spin, speak,Hakuna Matata (roll over), left, right (shake),bon appetit (release command to eat),wait, heal, come, inside (to go into his crate),find it where's your ball, drop it. I'm sure there more but those are the basics. The cons: He has separation anxiety. Not tear your house or furniture up but he'll bark for quite a while when you leave. He is crate trained though. And he's not very good in the car he'll bark the entire time, he doesn't run around in the car or anything like that he just barks and yips. I think it's because he's just too excited to ride. Other than that he's a great dog, very smart and eager to learn new things.

Story
Gemma is a very sweet and loving dog, she's still young (1.5 years) and needs some training, she was okay when we first got her but she developed separation anxiety. She does not do well in the kennel and needs someone to be home during the day. We did a trial run with one family who had cats and a 10 year old daughter, she wasn't aggressive towards the cats but will do best in a home without them because she's not cat respectful also when the 10 year olds friends would come over Gemma would bark at them. They didn't keep her in the kennel while they were gone and had no issues. They were very sad to decide to not keep her but it wasn't a right fit. If you have any questions let me know!

Story
Porter is a 3-year-old neutered male beagle/corgi/pit mix. He weighs about 40 pounds. He needs a new home because he is uncomfortable around the family's toddler; he tends to leave the room when she gets active. He has a lot going for him: He is fully crate-trained; he sleeps overnight in a crate, and enjoys being in it. He is easily trainable - eager to participate and strongly food-motivated. He knows several behaviors, including a few tricks and some agility. He loves going for walks or jogs. He enjoys playing fetch and can easily settle down after the game is over. He is comfortable with unfamiliar people, if given a bit of time and space to warm up to them. He plays well with the family's Golden retriever. And he's played well with several other dogs, yet is likely too intense for most small breed dogs or puppies. He lives with a cat, without issue. He is fully potty-trained. Special requirements: Porter needs a home without children under the age of 8. Porter has learned to jump the family's 5'-tall cedar fence. He will need a securely fenced yard, although a yard isn't necessary for him; he just needs regular exercise.

Story
Meet Mollie! 🐶💕She was rescued from a Mass Dog Slaughterhouse with other 101 friends at the end of July. Mollie may need help to learn how to behave in a home environment. At first, Mollie did not know how to eat treats. She now even chews a lubber mat in the bottom of her cage. 😊 She always lays her head on the top of her feeding bowl and patiently waits for her kibble. Do you know how cute Mollie is when she peeks out from her cage to see the outside world? It is her signature pose! 🐶❣️ Even though Mollie is energetic, she was so scared when she first stepped out from her cage. She even had to be carried from her first walk since she was frozen during her walk. But now? She eagerly waits for her walking time with a volunteer and explores the nature. If she senses that the volunteer is exhausted, she takes a break from walking and waits for the volunteer to be re-energized. How sweet our Mollie is! 🐕 With a black magic cape she is wearing, Mollie would steal your heart right away. She is ready for any and all adventures ahead of her. Can you be the lucky one who can continue a life journey with this precious girl?🙏
