Story
Meet Tito's Growjito! Tito's Growjito is part of the "Tito's 4" litter. He is a puppy so hes playful and has a lot of puppy energy! He is super cute and fun, but a lot of work. His forever family should be committed to lots of training - obedience, housetraining, and socialization. This will ensure that Growjito grows into a confident, well behaved adult! Puppies' personalities are dependent on their environment, and the structure and training they are given, in addition to socialization. Their personalities continue to grow and be shaped by their new adoptive families. Puppy daycare and socialization classes or puppy kindergarten are highly recommended for their personal development. He will more than reward you for all your hard work with lots of love, loyalty, and laughs. Growjito is a baby so he is not yet house trained and is working on crate training. Estimated DOB: 12/23/2024 Estimated ADULT Weight: 30-40 lbs Breed: Beagle/Mix Adoption Donation: $700.00 Prior to adoption, puppies will be altered, microchipped, flea treated, and dewormed. Puppies are given vaccination boosters in our care; however, adoptive families will be responsible for the remaining vaccinations that puppies need. Your adoption donation goes toward the cost of this vet care as well as transportation and general care costs. All dogs adopted from Motley Zoo come with a leash and Martingale collar. Each dog also receives a "Tour Gear Bag" full of goodies to start you on your journeywith your new pup! Story
Meet Jenny Slate! Jenny Slate is a Beagle mix with a spirit as endearing as the comedian shes named after. She embodies resilience and the sweet serendipity of finding joy after hardship. Her journey, marked by the shadows of a past where she knew little kindness, has transformed into a tale of triumph and love. Shy at first glance, with eyes that mirror a cautious heart, Jenny Slate takes her time to unveil the richness of her personality. But beneath that initial reserve lies a dog brimming with fun and sweetness, ready to engage in life's playful dance- but she's also a homebody who isn't super adventurous. Despite her small stature, Jenny Slate harbors a big heart for fellow canines, regardless of their size. She exudes a gentle camaraderie, finding solace and joy in the company of other dogs. Jenny would prefer a home without cats or small children. Her journey from a life of neglect to one filled with love and care has been nothing short of remarkable. With each day, Jenny Slate demonstrates an inspiring ability to love and trust again, showing off the leaps and bounds she has made in her recovery. Now, as she continues to blossom, shes not just surviving; shes ready to share her newfound capacity for love. Jenny Slate may have started her journey in the shadows, but shes stepping into the light, ready to love and be loved, proving that her past does not define her future! BREED: Beagle mix TEMPERAMENT: Shy, nervous, affectionate OTHER DOGS: She loves other dogs, especially her size, although she is used to all ages and sizes. CATS: I prefer to live without cats. Story
Buster is a sweet little dog! He loves to take walks, and snuggles. He loves to chase squirrels and run around the yard. He can be very anxious and can be clingy most of the time. Unfortunately, Buster doesnt like to travel and he gets car sick really bad. He needs a quiet, loving and patient home. Although he currently lives in a house with kids, we have had issues with him snapping and growling at them, so we do not recommend a home with smaller children. He is crate trained and house trained. We are sad for him to leave our family, but due to busy schedules and lack of time, we feel Buster needs to be in a home that can give him attention, love and exercise.

Story
Animal Profile: Chico is an adorable petite happy go lucky boy joining us from our friends on the big island of Hawaii to find his forever. He is an estimated 2-3 year old 23 lb neutered male mixed breed who is social and friendly with everyone and everything including cats; he enjoys car rides, is comfortable with handling and has no resource guarding behaviors. We will share more info as we get to know him in foster care. Foster Update Chico is a sweet pup who would do best in a home with another confident dog to help him be more confident himself. He takes a moment to warm up in new situations but he is friendly with everyone, just a bit shy. He is crate and potty trained . He is friendly with people and dogs and his sending rescue says he's good with cats, and we will cat test him here to be sure as well. He is the perfect size! He is looking for a family who can give him lots of love and exposure so he can build his confidence and be the best dog he can be -- though he's already pretty darn great! Adoption Info: Adoption fee is $575 which includes spay, core vaccinations per AVMA standards, heartworm test, microchip with lifetime registration, and recent visit with a veterinarian. Adoption fee may be tax deductible as DGS is a 501c3 organization.  Apply Online: www.doggoneseattle.org/adoption-application Animal History: This dog was rescued from Hawaii thru our rescue partner Three Ring Ranch, and will be arriving to Seattle area foster care on May 15th, 2025. We will share more info as we get to know him in foster care. July 6, 2025, 2:53 pm
