Crash🩷 FEMALE And no, that’s not a very feminine, ladylike name—but she is exactly true to form 😁😳 Crash is the Belgian Malinois with a little dark side, a whole lot of tenacity, a serious amount of spunk, and probably just a dash of crazy thrown in 😅 She’s on the smaller side—about Moxie-sized, 30–35 lbs—but don’t underestimate her. She’s the antagonizer… maybe even the enforcer 🤣 Her gorgeous good looks will get her invited to the party and possibly thrown out 🤣 Her spunk and chaos make people question why they invited her… but let’s be honest—everybody wants her there 😅🤣 She is the party 😲😂 She reminds me a lot of Tango( my mal)—confident, a little aloof. She likes treats, but she’s not necessarily going to do the job for them. You’ll need to figure out her love language 🥴 Her work ethic will be determined by her and the relationship she chooses to build with her owner 😉 She may be considered a little reckless—but she’s a whole lot of fun and absolutely worth the energy it takes to build that bond and turn her into an incredible dog 💙 Django🤎 Brother Django is the male—substantially larger than his sister. He’s super playful but incredibly eager to train and please. He’ll go out and and run around the yard with her, then come right back, sit in front of you, and wait… he's ready for sure 🤎 This boy is an open book, just waiting for his pages to be written. Django is going to be a big boy, and his presence will be known by his gorgeous, raw hunkiness 😉 His calm demeanor will make him an incredible partner—very typical of the breed with their sensitivity and deep desire to connect with their person. This boy will not disappoint 💙 He’s treat motivated (huge plus), eager to be part of something meaningful, and bonds quickly. He does fine in the crate after a few minutes—though he throws a brief fit at first 😅 He’ll get it… he just firmly believes he belongs in the center of all things. The loyalty and connection this breed thrives on is what makes them such incredible working dogs. Their ethics often outperform their two-legged leaders 😳 They thrive on excitement, positive energy, and strong connection—which fuels their work ethic. Django will bond deeply with his people and will literally do anything for them. It’s written all over his DNA. Now don’t get me wrong… his crazy is absolutely in there 😅 It just hasn’t been fully unlocked yet. And I think I’ll leave that to the new adopter 🤣 Please Read This Part Stunning babies… and let me say this—because I always say it, and somehow still get applications from people who don’t qualify and are definitely not going to commit: 👉 You need breed experience—or a 100% commitment to learn. Local in Texas $250 Out of State $500 plus fuel charge

Story
4 yo Belgian malinois mix Maddox and her 2 year old malinois sister Mel lost their parents, their homes, and siblings to divorce and overnight, her world collapsed. Maddox is a super sweet, almost perfect pup. She is good with dogs, cats, and kids. She lives with dogs, a kitty, and two small children, and gets along with everyone. She does love to play fetch, but mostly she is very quiet for her breed, and prefers chilling with her foster family. Maddox tends to be a bit more reserved and enjoys her own quiet space. Maddox is housebroken, crate trained and very affectionate and better suited as a companion than a high-drive working dog. Maddox weighs 60 lb and is fully vaccinated, spayed, chipped, heartworm negative and kept on proheart 12. She loves to sunbathe, and snuggle. The sudden change in their situation has been very stressful to Maddox, so we would definitely like to find her a home where she gets lot of love, and affection. Maddox is being fostered in Texas, but can travel to any state, and even Canada for the right home. To meet our gorgeous pups via facetime or whatsapp or other video chat apps, please send a completed application via www.savesomesouls.com Yards MUST BE adequately and fully fenced to adopt our pups. We do not accept electric or underground fences.

Story
Introducing Roxy! What’s the first thing you think when you see Roxy? “Whoa… those are some crazy eyes.” Same. But trust us those eyes have seen a lot. Eyes that came minutes away from being euthanized. And now? They suit her perfectly, because Roxy is crazy in all the best ways: - Crazy smart Roxy has classic puppy energy and is still learning how to channel it but in a short time she already knows sit and lay down, is great in a kennel, and is mostly potty trained. With continued training, we’re 100% confident she’ll be an incredibly smart, loyal best friend for an experienced owner. - Crazy friendly Cats? Dogs? Kids? Men? Women? Yes to all. She can be a bit of a bull in a china shop, so she may not be ideal for very small kids but she truly loves everyone she meets. - Crazy athletic She walks well on leash, hops right into the car, and is ready to be your adventure ride-or-die. Hiking, running, exploring there’s no active hobby we can imagine that she wouldn’t love doing right by your side. So if you’re looking to adopt a high-energy, fiercely loyal best friend, in the wise words of TLC: “Don’t go chasing waterfalls.” Go adopt Roxy instead. She’s crazy. She’s sexy. She’s cool. And she’s waiting for her person. Roxy is being fostered in Houston Texas but is available for adoption many places across the country. Adoption fee includes the cost of transport. https://www.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/DSTR/Dog

Story
If you know and love Malinois mixes, you already know what makes them so special- it’s their intelligence, devotion, and unstoppable drive to bond deeply with their person. Wendy here embodies all of that and more. Take a look at her here then come back to read more- https://youtu.be/XY_xeGiaC4Q Estimated to be about 2½-years-old, Wendy weighs 55-pounds fully-grown, and we believe she is a Malinois mix but given she is a rescue we cannot guarantee breed or birthday. She is also stunning with a soft coat of mixed brown and black fur, a set of amazingly alert ears, and the warmest eyes that just land with connection. Wendy has a dedicated foster who has spent time and energy into ensuring Wendy is best prepared for life in her future home. It didn’t take long for her to show everyone just how much love, joy, and loyalty she has to give. She lives peacefully with three other dogs -two females and one male - and plays happily with them every day. At home, she’s cuddly and affectionate, the kind of dog who leans into you for pets and nudges your hand when she wants more. She’s also well-trained and wonderful on leash - walking politely at your side, calm and focused. Wendy even completed two months of professional training (circle back to her dedicated foster), which helped her master basic manners and develop her natural intelligence. Like many working breeds, she thrives with structure, exercise, and mental enrichment. Daily walks, a good run, or a game of fetch will keep her happiest -she’s athletic, agile, and loves having a purpose. Outside of the home, Wendy can feel unsure in new environments. Me too Wendy. My solution is to just keep it simple- it works like a charm. If you are looking for her to be your tag-along pal please know it is not part of her natural demeanor but she can learn. She’ll need a confident, experienced adopter who understands how to help a Malinois mix build trust and decompress in a new home. Once she bonds with you, she’ll be your shadow, your biggest fan, and your most loyal protector. Because of her strong bond with her people, she may have a little separation anxiety at first, hello to most any and all shepherd mixes- they miss their people, but with patience, routine, and reassurance, we do know she settles in beautifully. Wendy does best with the company of other dogs and would love to be the +1 to another medium-energy dog. Not only does it give her a much appreciated playmate but it helps her confidence when initially settling into a new space and routine. She did meet our house cat and was respectfully cautious but we are recommending a cat-free home currently based on her foster sharing she has tried to chase a street cat. If you are interested in Maggie and have cats we are happy to do a much more thorough cat-test to truly determine her limit. She’s wonderful with other dogs and adores her humans, including her foster family’s gentle 4 year old nephew. She likes him! Wendy is a truly special girl- affectionate, intuitive, intelligent, and loyal to the core. With someone who values her tender heart as much as her strength, she’s going to be extraordinary! Story
Feah here is a brilliant, bouncy, brainy, bestie in every sense. The moment I met her I thought, “Wow, this girl is sharp.” Then her foster started sharing more about her and I knew, without a doubt, she is one smart cookie. Give her video a quick watch -it will help you picture her in your home as you read the rest of her bio. https://youtu.be/t4LesdOQSRg Feah is estimated to be around 5–6 months old and is very likely a shepherd/Malinois mix but given she is a rescue we cannot guarantee breed or birthday. She is everything you’d expect from an intelligent working-breed youngster- quick-learning, playful, people-oriented, and always ready for whatever the day brings. In her foster home, Feah is house trained, crate trained, and comes preloaded with a handful of commands and tricks. Her brain is always “on,” but it does go into stand-by mode, and she thrives when you give her something to learn, solve, or navigate. She’s the type of dog who will make incredible strides with an adopter who enjoys teaching, bonding, and watching a clever dog grow into herself as your absolute dream side-kick. Feah’s natural play style is joyful and energetic- she loves to play fetch, romp, chase, and bounce with other dogs. I recently got to see her join a playgroup where she met a wide variety of new dogs. She played beautifully with a big male beefcake, a bouncy female, and a wild male malinois mix. She held her own, joining in play and hoping out when she got overwhelmed by a bigger, pushier dog who just pushed play to a more physical style that she didnt care for. But even then, her approach was very polite. Her social approach is friendly and curious, and with dogs who communicate clearly and play with intention rather than chaos, she shines. She would do wonderfully with a confident, balanced, medium-to-high energy dog who can handle her playful enthusiasm and help her learn dog etiquette as she matures. Like many smart pups, Feah feels excitement deeply. You can sometimes see it in stimulating new enviornments and she will express herself by barking but with guidance, she settles quickly. What matters most is that she responds extremely well to direction. A moment of guidance, a quick reset, and she’s back to checking in, using her brain, and making good choices! It is really impressive to watch! She’s still figuring out what to do with all her fading puppy feelings, but her willingness to listen makes her a dream for someone who enjoys shaping a young dog into something amazing. Feah is a dog with opinions, energy, and a brilliant brain. To set her up for success, she will do best with an active, engaged family. She’s not a couch-potato dog- she wants movement, training, an occasional swim and partnership. She is also best suited for a house over an apartment. She has great basic leash manners but a busy apartment setting may be too stimulation while she is learning how to navigate busier area, passing dogs, elevators, etc. No cats for Feah please. Her love of chase would not be appreciated by a feline roommate. She is an ideal dog for someone who enjoys guiding a smart dog. She’s a Malinois/shepherd-style thinker, quick, sensitive, and deeply bonded. If you cant already feel it, here is why you will love Feah! Imagine being adored, having a dog who will look at you with bright eyes and wait for the next direction. She will work hard for you, play hard with you, nap hard afterward, and learn more in six weeks than most dogs learn in six months. I cannot say enough about how beautifully balanced she is! All those smarts do not come at the expense of her loving side. She is affectionate and people-focused without being pushy or overwhelming. Feah is so ready to become someone’s “once-in-a-lifetime” companion, with you! Ready to welcome Feah home? Apply today! https://adopt.animalsfirst.com/animal/62cc8e128b02916730334440/68d1829ee6ddd3f8cc05a019 Questions?
