Rip a 4 yr old, Malinois/Belgian Shepherd mix. He is a big boy at 90lbs. Rip is very intelligent and eager to please. He is very food motivated. He knows many basic commands, including sit, touch, down, paw and is working on roll over. He is also crate trained. Rip enjoys going on long walks with staff and volunteers. Rip's walking ability has received glowing reviews, as our walkers have told us he is one of the most enjoyable dogs to walk. Rip enjoys human interaction, and will ask for attention and affection at any given opportunity. Like any good dog he loves a butt scratch, a belly rub and a head pat. As for other dogs, Rip is selective. He enjoys the company of a dominant female, who can doll out and receive some rough and rowdy play. As much as he loves kids of all ages, due to his size and general doofiness a home with children is not recommended. Rip is also not suitable for a home with cats. A great kind soul who went in to the local pound in California on 2 April with 20 other dogs, some made it out and some didnt. Lissa is a nice dog, easy going and would make great companion dog. And she would love a home and love to be an only. She is not happy at the rescue and we pray she finds someone who will want to take her in for the rest of her days. She will not fail you. Hi ! The pup is loving and rambunctious. He is independent, intelligent, playful yet mature. He likes his food and is not very patient with it yet. He has also not started to chew on things as he gets good exercise with the other dog. He has to be taken out every few hours as he is getting house trained. He enjoys hanging around the yard but prefers being indoors. He loves snuggling with the other dog and myself but he is also independent. He will be great with a family with kids and dogs. But he also needs a trainer as he is very intelligent and likes to do things, obey commands etc. Thank you !

Marley is our beautiful belgian malinois mix who is currently seeking her new forever best friend. She has been fairly mellow while staying here with us but she is happy to go on walks and is already a very polite walker! She listens very well and seems like a fast learner.
