Story
Hello, my name is Dobby, I am a senior dog who knows what I am looking for in a forever home. I will be an open book from the start! You will know important things like my full-grown size, personality, and ideal lifestyle. I would enjoy a more low-key lifestyle to live out my golden years, so I would love a home without children under 5 to be the most comfortable. I have a history of doing well with cats and dogs previously, so I may even be open to a home with other pets! I would love to meet you, so please come in to see me soon!Dobby is currently living in one of our wonderful foster homes. Adopting from foster is easy! Please email adoptions@hshv.org or call (734)662-5585 to arrange a meeting today!Tags: #gh

Jasmine is a gentle girl who has never know what it’s like to have a family or what it’s like to be a dog.She was one of dozens of dogs tied up on a property where “ accidental “ puppies randomly happened and she came to live with her FOCCAS foster along with her three puppies. Her puppies moved out and she is slowly beginning to trust. She’s super sweet and wants to be a part of what is going on. Story
Nimbus is a mixed‑breed boy who most closely resembles a Bohemian Spotted Dog, and his personality is every bit as lovely as his looks. He’s gentle, kind, goofy, and incredibly affectionate — the type of dog who loves to hold hands, give kisses, and curl up right beside you. He’s wonderfully social with other dogs and often acts as a calming buffer for pups who can be a bit selective. Smart and eager to learn, Nimbus thrives on training and is especially motivated by play; he loves toys that squeak and playing fetch. He’s expressive, full of personality, and truly wants to be someone’s best friend. He is great on leash and loves car rides. What a great hiking partner. With the right family, Nimbus will be the most loyal, loving, and joyful companion — the perfect boy waiting for his perfect match.FOCCAS is a foster based, non-profit rescue in Crossville, TN. Story
Hello! My name is Jay! I am on the search for my forever family. I am a whirlwind of energy, passion, and love! Life is full of surprises and fun, and I would love to be your companion through it all. I am a very smart dog but since I am still young, I have a lot to learn about being well-mannered and managing my excitement. Because of this, I would do best in a home with older children who will understand and respect me. I like playing with other dogs a lot, but canine friends need to match my energy and play-style for us to click. After you meet me at the shelter, I would love to meet your dog to make sure we are fast friends. Please come see me soon to get our adventure together started!Tags: #gh
