WE ARE A TX-BASED RESCUE. THIS DOG IS CURRENTLY LOCATED IN TX AND WILL BE TRANSPORTED UPON ADOPTION. Please fill out an adoption application at haydudeequine.org 🌸🐾 Meet Sierra — Extra Friendly, Extra Fun, Extra Adorable 🐾🌸 4 Months Old • 15 lbs • Female • Chief Social Coordinator If her sister, Lainey is sweet and gentle, Sierra said, “Hold my treat, I’ll greet them first!” 😄 At 4 months old and 15 pounds, Sierra is a loving, happy little pup who’s just a touch more outgoing. She’s the one who will trot right over to say hello, politely accept a treat (because yes, she knows how to take them nicely like a proper lady), and then stick around to see what fun might be happening next. While she may have some Border Collie roots, Sierra did not inherit the “run 47 miles before breakfast” setting. She’s playful, yes. Silly? Absolutely. But overall she’s wonderfully balanced — affectionate, gentle, and laid back for a puppy. When fully grown she should be a fantastic medium size to enjoy all your adventures but still save a spot for you on the couch!! She’s been getting lots of social time in the garage and big backyard, and her personality is blooming. The more she experiences, the more confident and friendly she becomes. She truly enjoys interaction and is very people-oriented. Now, because transparency is important… she is still a puppy. Which means: • Surprise zoomie marathons • “Is this a toy? I vote yes.” moments • Occasional dramatic flops mid-play • Daily comedy performances included at no extra charge Expect puppy shenanigans. Expect laughter. Expect to say, “Okay, that was actually hilarious,” at least once a day. Sierra would make a fantastic family pet. Her friendly nature and gentle temperament make her a wonderful match for families who are ready for the normal puppy phase and all the fun that comes with it. Her dream home includes: • Love and consistency • A backyard for practicing zoomie physics • People who enjoy affection and happy greetings • A sense of humor (very important for puppy ownership 😉) Sierra is the kind of pup who will grow into a loyal, steady companion — but for now, she’s mastering the art of being adorable while keeping life interesting. If you’re ready for a friendly, funny, tail-wagging little best friend who will happily greet you like you’ve been gone for years (even if it was just the mailbox), Sierra is ready. 👉 Apply today at haydudeequine.org — because every home deserves a little extra sunshine and a lot of puppy love. 🐾💛

WE ARE A TX-BASED RESCUE. THIS DOG IS CURRENTLY LOCATED IN TX AND WILL BE TRANSPORTED UPON ADOPTION. Please fill out an adoption application at haydudeequine.org Meet Joker 🐾 Don’t let the name fool you — Joker is all heart. This 10-week-old Border Collie/ Australian Cattle Dog mix is a gentle, sensitive little guy with a soft, soulful personality. He’s much more “thoughtful collie” than “rowdy heeler,” preferring connection and cuddles over chaos. Joker can be a tiny bit shy when meeting new people, but once he feels safe, his sweet nature really shines. He warms up quickly and becomes your quiet little shadow, happily following you around and soaking up every bit of affection. He’s the kind of puppy who looks at you like you’re his whole world. He’s smart, observant, and eager to learn — classic border collie brain — and would thrive in a calm, loving home that helps him build confidence and gives him lots of reassurance and snuggles. He enjoys playtime and exploring, but his overall energy is gentle and easygoing. We expect him to be around 35 lbs full grown, making him the perfect size for both adventures and couch time. If you’re looking for a loyal, tender-hearted best friend who will bond deeply and stick by your side, Joker is ready to be your little sidekick. 🤍 👉 Apply today at haydudeequine.org and give this deserving lil fella the forever home he’s been waiting for 💛🐾

WE ARE A TX-BASED RESCUE. THIS DOG IS CURRENTLY LOCATED IN TX AND WILL BE TRANSPORTED UPON ADOPTION. Please fill out an adoption application at haydudeequine.org Meet Kaylee 🐾 Kaylee may be tiny, but don’t tell her that — she’s absolutely convinced she runs the world. This 10-week-old Border Collie × Australian Cattle Dog mix is bursting with confidence, brains, and pure puppy sparkle. She’s bold, outgoing, and always the first to dive into whatever adventure is happening. New toy? Hers. New sound? Investigating. Siblings napping? Time to wake them up and party. She’s got that classic cattle dog grit paired with border collie smarts, which means she’s quick to learn, highly observant, and already showing signs of being one clever little problem solver. She’s playful, energetic, and endlessly entertaining — equal parts athlete and comedian. Kaylee is wonderfully social and full of personality, with just the right amount of bossy “supervisor” energy that makes everyone laugh. We expect her to be about 35 lbs full grown — the perfect size for hiking, training, road trips, or an active lifestyle. Because of her working-breed mix, she’ll thrive in a home ready to keep her mind and body busy with training, games, and lots of engagement. In return, you’ll get the most loyal, fun-loving sidekick you could ask for. If you’re ready for a smart, spunky best friend who will keep life exciting, Kaylee is your girl. 👉 Apply today at haydudeequine.org and give this deserving girl the forever home she’s been waiting for 💛🐾

Please fill out an adoption application at haydudeequine.org Meet Dakota 🤍 Dakota is the kind of dog that quietly steals your heart. This gentle 3-year-old, 45-lb sweetheart came to us from a hoarding situation and has blossomed into the most loyal, loving companion. Despite her past, Dakota is incredibly trusting, soft-natured, and just wants to be close to her people. We think she may be a Border Collie/Pointer mix, with the perfect balance of smarts and sensitivity. She walks beautifully on leash, has lovely house manners, and carries a calm, peaceful presence. Story
Poor Lady is a senior who is no stranger to the kennel. She’s been with us multiple times over the past year because her elderly owner was ill. Unfortunately for Lady, her owner did not make it out of the hospital this time. Lady is overweight from the sedentary life she’s led with her elderly owner. She could use a diet and some exercise to help her she’d done pounds. She sent her to the groomer and got her all freshened up. She looks even more beautiful now than before. She’s a 10 year old girl who’s happy to get attention and who will certainly miss her mom but will attach to anyone who’s willing to take care of her. A girl her age deserves better than to be in a cold chaotic kennel. She deserves a warm soft bed to lay her head on. She deserves a person of her own to love and care for her. She served her owner well and will always be true to her but for now she needs someone to give her a second chance to be the wonderful companion dog that she longs to be.

Meet Stella — The Sweetest Puppy You’ll Ever Meet! >> This 5 month old Border Collie mix is ready to give tons of kisses, and make their new family snuggle under the covers! Stella is the perfect companion for someone that has an active lifestyle and is ready to play fetch. She is still learning this new game so sometimes she takes her time with her toy before returning it.>> Stella has a very sweet temperament and gets along wonderfully with everyone she meets — humans and small dogs! Some of her favorite things include: laying around with her foster families wiener dogs, running around the yard, squeaky toys,  fetch, and enjoying long snuggles under the blanket.>> Shes’s a very smart girl who is catching on to the basic commands very quickly. This girlie is almost potty trained, Her foster family has been working really hard on potty training. She loves getting her reward when coming in from outside after doing her business.>> At night, she prefers to be on the bed under her blanket but is taking to crate training amazingly.>> Her ideal home would have other furry playmates and a fenced yard where she can stretch her long legs and run. Stella would need an active family that enjoys going on walks, hikes, can play with her as she demands. Stella  once tired out is a big cuddle bug and will give endless snuggles and kisses.>> If you’re looking for a loyal, affectionate, and smart companion who’s equal parts playful pup and a very easy gal to train — and want to give a true rescue dog her forever home — Stella might just be your perfect match. ##2672690##

Meet Louie -- medium in size but big in sparkle. He is a black and white beauty that does well with other dogs but he is not a fan of cats. Louie has perky ears, a striking speckled neck ruff and possesses a calm energy. Louie might take a bit of time to get to know his new family but once that happens, he will show you how wonderful he really is. He is one of those dogs who is equally up for exploring the trail and snuggling on the couch. He will bring his affectionate and grounded energy to whatever is on the agenda -- he just needs a bit of time to get to know his new family.  Louie is a courtesy post for the Brooke County Animal Shelter in Beechbottom, WV, about 45 minutes from Pittsburgh. ******Please note, once completing the initial screen you will be connected with the placement for a video chat. Transports run every few weeks and we will have the dog on the next available transport once approved. If you are not able to accept a dog until a specific time period, please apply at that time************ We are a volunteer run rescue and donate our time to these dogs. IF you are not serious about moving forward in our adoption process, please do not apply. If someone other than yourself is part of the decision making process, please make sure you have spoken with them and they are on board. We really do not want to waste anyone's time if you are not serious about adopting this dog. ___ Meet Brody – a 5 year-old, 65-pound neutered male Cattle Dog/Pitbull mix with the perfect mix of playful energy and easygoing charm. Currently in a foster home in HOUSTON, TEXAS, Brody is ready to transport out of state once his forever family is approved. Brody is that rare, wonderful balance of being active enough to enjoy outdoor adventures and mellow enough to fully embrace a lazy day of Netflix and cuddles. Whether he’s chasing a toy in the backyard or melting into your side with his signature tongue-out smile, Brody is the definition of a lovable goofball. He doesn’t mind getting dressed up for holidays or themed events—he’s happy to strut in his rodeo best or festive costume, just as long as he’s doing it with his people. Brody has done best with friendly, laid-back female dogs and tends to prefer a more relaxed playmate. Because of his size and love for running, he may be a bit much for smaller or more timid dogs, but he’s also fully content being your one-and-only pup, as long as he has space to stretch his legs and get some zoomies out in the yard. A home with a secure backyard is ideal for him to enjoy some off-leash play. He’s a gentle sweetheart with people—always happy to meet new faces and has done well with the children he’s met. Because of his playful energy, we recommend a home with older, dog-savvy kids (8–10+) who are steady on their feet and understand how to respectfully interact with dogs. Brody would love nothing more than a buddy to play with, run around the yard, and then wind down with for snuggles. No cats for Brody, please, as he’s not quite sure how to share space with feline friends. When it comes to leash manners, Brody is a total gentleman. He walks calmly on a loose leash, stays close by, and enjoys a good stroll. He’s also fully housebroken and crate trained, and does wonderfully in his crate when left unsupervised, especially since he currently shares a home with other dogs. He loves his plush toys—especially giving their faces a little “customization” with his enthusiastic chomps! Brody is smart, food-motivated, and eager to please. He thrives in a home that offers structure, consistency, and encouragement. His foster mom has put in great work helping him polish his obedience skills, and he’s made huge progress! While he may still get a little excited around assertive male dogs, with calm guidance and continued positive experiences, he’s continued to show how well he can adapt. He would be a great match for someone with experience with Cattle Dogs, Pitbulls, or other intelligent working breeds. These dogs are deeply loyal, affectionate, and thrive when they have a purpose—whether that’s going on a hike, learning a new trick, or just being your loyal shadow. Brody doesn’t need a super active lifestyle, but he would love a couple of daily walks, light adventure time, and maybe a fun activity like scent work, agility, or basic obedience classes to keep his mind sharp and his bond with you strong. At the end of the day, Brody is a happy, affectionate, low-maintenance boy who’s easy to please. All he wants is a soft bed, a few toys, a cozy home, and someone to love him. He’s come so far during his time in foster care and is more than ready to start his next chapter with a family who sees how truly special he is. ___ ***Listed BREED and AGE - We are taking our best guess & recommendations from our veterinarian on age, breed and size when fully grown. We rarely know a dog's exact age nor are we able to tell the true or full breed mix of dogs as our information is limited most of the time. *** Interested in applying to adopt him?
