His temperament is pure gold - sweet as honey with everyone he meets. Now, here's the scoop: Kage is a special needs pup, and he's looking for someone who can be with him about 90 percent of the time. Storms, rain, and loud noises send him into severe panic attacks, and he's been known to chew through walls when anxiety strikes. Crates aren't his jam because of past storm-related trauma. He's also dealing with seizures, so he's on medication for that. Kage would thrive in a local adoption, and he's best as a single dog with no cats or small animals around. He's independent but sweet, loves to sleep nearby (or steal your spot), and bonds deeply with his people. Arlo tested positive for Lymes, but it was caught early and won't impact his life. He also has storm anxiety and is currently on medication to help. Arlo's ideal family is one on a farm, an active person with a yard to run or family who can keep up with his adventurous spirit.
