A reference check, phone interview, and home visit will be completed before meeting an adoptable dog. We work quickly. We adopt out to homes around WA state, but require that you are present for the meet and greet in Newcastle, WA. Our adoption fee is non-negotiable. The adoption fee is due on the day of adoption in the form of a check, Zelle, PayPal only if you are will to pay the extra fees they charge the rescue, or cash. Will the madness ever end? Beautiful loving Lily was in an extremely high kill shelter in CA. She was dropped off by a mother & daughter who found her wandering around a large park. They apparently took Liv home & she was mouthy with the child while the child was randomly patting her is what the shelter was informed off by the mother. If that was not bad enough, a 72 hour notice was sent out for Lily’s life, she had 72 hours for a rescue to come save this sweet girl or her life was going to end because she had now been labeled a biter & had a bite history. Her world had changed so much & no one was coming to save her. We were not going to let anything further happen to her. When we got her out of the shelter we could clearly see she was not well at all. We got her straight to the vets & it was discovered immediately she was in very bad shape with pneumonia. This little lady had already been through so much at a very young age & had the fight of her life ahead of her. Lily was bought back to WA state from CA after she was well where she can’t wait to find her new forever home who won’t let her down. Beautiful Lily had a heinous start to life as we know already. Having being taken to the kill shelter by the people who found her. She was sitting on death row with pneumonia & with no one coming for her. It’s just not right nor fair. We have found her to be the biggest sweetheart with us. She has done well at our vets when getting all of her treatments considering what she has been through. She likes both men & woman & just wants you to love her. One of our ladies said she is one of the easiest & calmest rescues she has experienced. This little lady is such a love for everything she has been through. She does want all the attention when there are other dogs around her foster mum said & did get jealous in her foster home in CA. Here in WA she has not shown signs of jealousy. She was slow at eating at first because of the pneumonia & now her appetite is back & she loves to eat. Lily does walk well on her leash but could still need work on her leash. She adores being held & getting love. She does so good with getting her baths. You had also better make room in your bed for Lily as she wants to sleep in bed with you. Lily does ride beautifully in the car & enjoys a good journey & will just sit in the car & take it all in. We are looking for a forever home for Lily where someone is home during the day or they can go with her people wherever possibly she can go with them. Lily does enjoy playing in the backyard so she will require a fully fenced secure backyard & she does enjoy the company of other dogs but her foster mum said she believes she should be the only dog in the home as long as someone is there with her all the time. Lily is looking for a forever home who will cherish her & love her as she should be loved & be patient with her. UPDATE: Lily was adopted & her mother can no longer care for her as she became ill & the family does not want Lily so a new loving home has to be found for this sweetheart. In her home she was fed kibble unfortunately & has become very overweight & needs to lose at least 3 - 4 lbs. We always fed Lily a clean diet of raw proteins, fruits, vegetables & supplements & was given bully sticks & collagen sticks. To get her back to a healthy weight we recommend feeding Lily a clean diet again & when she gets adopted she will go home with clean food. Lily was previously called Liv but now Lily. Her mother loved Lily very much & we are looking for a forever home for Lily for life. Lily has been around many breeds of dogs all shapes & sizes & she was in a loving foster home with other dogs. But Lily can get very temperamental when she wants to be with some dogs & did in her foster so we are looking for a forever home where she is the only dog & be treated like a queen. Lily is roughly 4 years old, & now 20.6 lbs, perhaps a Boston terrier, what she is mixed with we are not sure? She was spayed by us. She was treated for pneumonia twice, with injections & oral medications, she is had a dental, scale & polish, along with dental x-rays, microchipped, up to date on her shots including DHLPP, Bordatella, rabies, dewormed several times & is heart worm negative. Once these shots expire we will only redo the rabies as we do not over vaccinate dogs & shorten their lives. We have Lily booked in for another dental before she will be adopted. We have spent far more on rescuing Lily & with all of her medical care, treating her for pneumonia, we are getting her a dental with a scale & polish, dental x-rays, spaying her by laser, along with shots, microchipped, medications, transport fees etc than her fee covers. Then another dental & any extractions that maybe needed. Lily has been around cats since being in the rescue in her previous foster home in CA but just because she did well with that cat does not mean she mean she will do well with all cats. But it’s always up to the new family to be responsible with their animals together & we have not had her around small children so we do not recommend small children at all & will not adopt to a home with Lily with small children & it’s always up to the family to be responsible with their children & animals. We were not there when Lily was conceived so we do not know who her parents were & it’s always up to the new potential family to look at the pictures & decide what they think her breed is. As with all of our rescues & Lily & her friends they will need work on potty training & training, so this should be something the new family would be willing to work on & commit to. Please do not submit an application if you are not willing to commit to one of our rescues care for their whole life & that includes if they need training. Please do not email us asking is Lily potty trained or available, nor do we ship dogs anywhere as we will not respond. We would never say anyone of our rescues are potty trained. Our rescues need homes where the people are understanding of their past & what they have been through & what they will need in their daily lives & not willing to give up on them & if they do need training in their new home will in fact take them to training & not just say they will when applying & take them to one class only. Lily has been through many traumas in her short time on this earth so when applying this needs to be kept in mind & for her care. Please only submit an application if you are truly interested in adopting Lily & going through our process and have read her listing fully to the end & are wanting to adopt. If you are not responsive to our calls, emails or your references do not respond we will move on & remove your application from our system. You must be willing to go through our screening process which includes your references being checked, a phone interview & a virtual home visit due to covid & followed by a meet and greet & if it’s a good fit, up to our discretion. We will only be accepting applications for Lily who understands her needs & that meet all the requirements for this little lady & understands the many traumas she has endured & are patient with her. Once we find the right home for each little soul we work fast, within days so the dogs can go to their forever homes in quite a timely manner. We do not hold onto dogs for people as our goal is to save lives & please do not submit an application if you are not ready to adopt. We also cannot respond to every application unfortunately. Lily has an adoption fee of $850 & are ready for her truly loving forever home & compassion & understanding of what they have been through.

Orchid is looking for her forever home! A natural comedian, Orchid’s playful antics bring joy and laughter to any room. Whether sliding down a hill, chasing water from a hose, or engaging in solitary play, she ensures a chuckle-worthy time! This independent gal gets along with other dogs and has done best with her male foster siblings who are laid back and willing to let her take charge. Orchid would also be happy being the only pet where she can hoard all the love for herself! Speaking of hoarding, this little dragon loves toys and won’t hesitate to add a stray toy to her collection! This sassy lassie isn’t afraid to tell it like it is and stand up for her beliefs! She has a variety of ways to communicate with you and most conversations with her leave you giggling! Orchid's adorable antics and vibrant spirit make her an incredibly rewarding companion. Orchid is a social butterfly, and enjoys meeting new people and going to new places! She’s great in the car and loves neighborhood strolls! Orchid will bond strongly with someone able to show her patience and structure. She’s not huge on snuggling her person, but everyone once in a while, she’ll crawl onto your lap and demand all your affection!  Orchid has food and environmental allergies that require her to be on a strict diet. Orchid is on daily medication, weekly baths, and twice monthly injections to help keep her skin healthy and itch-free. She also has a heart condition that she takes medication for, and needs a cardiology recheck yearly.  Orchid is 5 years old, weighs 47 pounds, and appears to be a Boston Terrier/Bulldog mix. This adorable, sassy, and funny girl instantly brightens up any room and she can’t wait to find her forever home! Orchid’s adoption fee is $450. Meet Logan Howlett!This dapper little guy is an 8-year-old Boston Terrier weighing 24 pounds. Logan was recently rescued from a high-kill shelter after his owner left him behind while moving. He is still getting used to his new surroundings. Life threw him some curveballs, so he’s taking his time adjusting—but who can blame him?Logan is currently a bit particular about his doggy companions and may do best as the only pet in the home. He’s also unsure around new people at first, but we’re hopeful that with time, love, and patience, he’ll learn to relax and embrace the good life.He’s a work in progress, but we’re already seeing glimpses of the wonderful companion he can become. Hi, I'm Bella. It's been kinda rough, but I still love people. I was forced to have puppies until my puppy stuff all came out ofme. I had only a few hours left before everyone was going to give up on me ... then Church of Pug said yes.They called ita prolapse and was dropped at the shelter, not a vet. They brought me to a wonderful place that got me all fixed up and healthy. Due to years of them not really caring for me, I have some eye issues and will need drops daily . I can not believe how nice Hoomans really are. My foster says I am the most lovable and tiny thing she has ever had, and she has had a lot of fosters. If you want a dog that will be by your side or your back or front, I'm your girl. I love to sit on a pillow under my foster's desk all day long. I'm still healing from my Prolapse surgery, so I can't really play much right now, but I'm more of a Hooman Pup, than a Pup, Pup. But they don't bother me either. I will go to any human, so keep me safe and tagged. If you would take me home I promise to roll over and let you rub my belly all the time. Thanks for caring about me. I really appreciate it and would love to give you loves and kisses to show you.

Polo- The brother to Marco, is sweet, funny and very loveable boy! He is the more reserved of the Frenchtons~ Loves his walks, car rides and play in the yard. Fenced yard is required. These dogs are flight risks and would go out on an adventure and never come back. House trained and can be trusted to be left free in the house for short periods of time. Not a fan of cats, the chase will be on! Dont want to share their home with other dogs. Why would you need any more other than these two playful boys! They have smiles on their faces all day and will keep you smiling with their sweet, sweet demeanor. They are respectful and have nice house manners. Breed experience is preferred for an adoptive family. Marco is bonded with his brother Polo! Marco is the more extroverted, a little more enthusiastic than his brother Polo. This adorable, fun pair is beyond what their pictures show! They are are always smiling and happy dogs. Love their walks, riding in the car, running around the yard. Housetrained, and can be left loose in the house while got for short periods they are not destructive. Respectful dogs. Need some work on leash training as they are strong dogs- Require a fenced yard, breed experience preferred. They cannot live in a home with cats. Respectful children 12 years and older. They are not fond of sharing their home with other dogs, but what more would you need with these 2! Sweet, loving, playful boys! To be considered, you must fill out an adoption application, we require home visit and an excellent vet reference. Our dogs are totally matched with what the dogs need and a family that has a lifestyle that will accommodate their needs. These 2 need an active family to provide enrichment of walks, hikes and activities in the yard to keep them happy dogs!
