Meet Klein💚 💙 Klein’s News Account: @klein__55 1⃣ Health Condition * Spayed. * Microchipped and heartworm negative. 2⃣ Rescue Story * Klein was rescued from a slaughterhouse in Jeongeup along with her four siblings when they were very young. She stayed at the Jeongeup shelter for about a year. However, when she and her siblings were placed on the euthanasia list, Adogs stepped in and saved them, including Klein. 3⃣ Basic Information * With People: Tends to be quite shy. So when she first arrived at her foster home, she was wary and scared of her foster parents. Now, she feels more comfortable at home and does not avoid them when they approach and sit by her. Wags her tail, whines in affection, and approaches! Seems to rely more on her foster mom in new environments. When there are strangers around, she’ll approach the women first to sniff them, but avoids men and runs away. If a stranger gives her a treat, she’ll take it and run away to eat it in her own space. Met young children at a dog-friendly cafe, but didn’t show interest in them. * With Dogs: Feels more comfortable around dogs than people. Approaches other dogs wagging her tail, but only sniffs them gently and politely — is a very mannered and gentle dog. Becomes more social and greets familiar dogs more actively. * With Cats: Tends to chase cats she encounters on walks and suddenly pulls on the leash. Caution is needed. * Separation Anxiety: While she sometimes plays quietly and sleeps well, there are other times when she barks, howls, chews on electrical cords, or destroys things. Still tries to open all the doors and even chews on her crate. Since it's hard to tell what triggers her separation anxiety to be better or worse on any given days, we are constantly trying different methods to find a solution. * Potty Training: Indoor potty training is still in progress, with about a 70% success rate on pads. Prefers to relieve herself outdoors and always poops outside. * Hygiene: Doesn't enjoy baths or brushing, but tolerates them well. Is still a bit scared of the dryer and tends to run away to avoid it. For nail trimming, one more person is needed to hold her while another trims her nails. Her guardian is currently introducing her to tooth brushing gently with a soft gauze and rubber toothbrush. * Walks: Pulls hard on the leash when she sees cats. Has gained confidence and has become stubborn on walks, so she’s being retrained. * Car Sickness: Doesn’t get car sick but is scared of bright lights like neon signs at night, preferring to be held by a person for comfort. * Never shows possessive, defensive, or aggressive biting behavior. * Occasionally whines briefly when her guardian comes home or comes back into a room. * Loves sleeping, treats, and going for walks. Enjoys lying on the grass and relaxing during walks outside. Likes biting hard objects like charger cables, plastic hangers, pencils, shoes, etc. Enjoys lying on the couch when her foster parents are not around. Likes being warm, so she enjoys wearing clothes. Even sleeps much more comfortably when wearing clothes! * Is scared when strangers approach or when she hears loud noises. Is frightened by neon signs and bright lights when riding in a car at night. Dislikes sitting on cold floors. Is afraid to go into a small and dark space, so she's reluctant to go into kennel or doggy house.

Story
Meet🖤 Finn the Frenchie! Finn wakes up every day ready to play, ready to love, ready to show off his impressive fetch skills — with that perfectly crooked Frenchie grin that melts you on the spot. He’s silly. He’s proud of himself and curious about everything. And when he zooms around the yard, you can’t help but smile right along with him. Finn is happy, he sees people to adore. He sees a world that is absolutely meant for him. Finn's body is a little unique — like many French Bulldogs and loving Finn means being thoughtful about his lifestyle so he can stay feeling good as he grows. Finn was born with a spinal deformity that hasn't slowed him down yet...long term that simply means: 🖤 monitored play 🖤 calm walks and easy trails 🖤 keeping him cool in warm weather 🖤 supporting his body as it ages Which is true of all Frenchies! Finn is thriving. He fetches, cuddles, plays, and lives a full, happy little Frenchie life. His overall health is great! He’s neutered, current on vaccinations, microchipped, and ready to bring his enormous heart into the home that’s meant for him.

Story
Midora waited. While her sister was chosen and walked out of the shelter, Midora stayed behind overlooked, as the days turned into weeks. Six long weeks in a shelter, simply for not being picked. And then, her time ran out. Midora was placed on the euthanasia list not because she did anything wrong, but because she had been there too long. But Midoras story didnt end there. Church of Pug stepped in and said yes, giving this beautiful French Bulldog the second chance she had been quietly waiting for. Now safe in foster care, her true personality is finally shining through. Midora has that classic Frenchie playful energy, but shes just as happy curling up on the sofa to watch a game of basketball. With her adorable one ear that flips down, she has a look thats as unique as her story. After being left behind once, Midora deserves a home that will choose her every single day a place where shell never have to wonder if shes forgotten again. She waited once. She shouldnt have to wait again.

Story
Buddy was found abandoned and alone in the desert, with no one stepping forward to rescue him from the very real risk of ending up in the shelter system. Thankfully, Church of Pug said yesand now Buddy is finally on his journey toward safety, healing, and the life he deserves. Despite whatever hardships he faced before rescue, Buddys spirit remains gentle and loving. Hes a cuddly, laid-back little velcro companion who simply wants to be close to his people. Buddy gets along beautifully with dogs big and small, shows respectful curiosity toward kitty friends, and absolutely loves every human he meets. He even seems to be a perfectly potty-trained gentleman. Buddy does have a slight limp that we are currently having evaluated, but it doesnt slow down his loving nature or his desire to be close to the people he trusts. Now safe in rescue, Buddy is ready for a family who will cherish him, keep him safe, and give him the happy, secure life he has always deserved.

Story
Wednesday (aka Whinny) Purrs when you pet her or rub her belly. If you have been gone forever (10 minutes) she runs to you with abandon and hits a right slide just short of your feet, so she is in position for the Belly Rub, on contact. Shes unable to get on the furniture, and it is best to keep her off the couch and bed as a fall or even a jump could hurt her. She will sleep nicely in her own bed next to yours. She is happiest when you are touching her and she will snort. purr and snore to beat the band. She loves her person. Even though she has No separation anxieties and only barks when appropriate, she would rather look at her Forever Mom all the time. She is a great road dog. Loves to go on drives and walks at the beach or in the woods. Probably not the pup to help train for a marathon. She is not the dog that will insist on having your attention. If you pay her no mind, she will play alone. But she does like to cuddle on the floor. If you sit with her near you and say, "Hug Hug" and pat your chest she will jump in your lap and give you the belly with her head on you heart. She is afraid of the vacuum and mens shoes/feet. Men or women can pet her, and rub her belly and give treats, but she will react to men feet once they walk by her and she has most of her teeth. . Its very strange, but a real fear for her. She is fine with being in her kennel when there are (boy) visitors. I try not to think about what someone did you her in her young life. Wednesday would thrive in an all-girl home. . She is excellent at chasing away the deadly Bunny Rabbits, squirrels, but loves to watch the bees and butterflies. She is such and innocent gentle girl with sooo much love to give. She gets along with any dog who will let her sniff their butts. She absolutely loves her human. I feel quite safe walking her. She can sit, stay, get in the house, stay in the house, thats not your food. Once you meet her you will fall in love.
