WHAT IS YOUR NAME? Hi there, my name is Sunny! (AKA Sunny Buns) - teehee!ARE YOU A BOY OR A GIRL? I am an adorable little girl.HOW OLD ARE YOU? I was born on May 4, 2026.WHAT BREED ARE YOU? I am a bully mix.HOW MUCH DO YOU WEIGH? I am still growing, but at four months old, I weigh about 28 pounds.WHAT DO YOU LOOK LIKE? Oh, I am quite striking, if I do say so myself! I have a really pretty fawn and grey coat with a pattern that’s known as “dapple” or “merle.” I have white on my chest and a little bit of white on my nose with a thin blaze between my eyes. Speaking of eyes, mine are a beautiful blue-green.WHAT DO YOU LIKE TO EAT? I eat my dry kibble for meals, and I really enjoy treats of all kinds… but my favorite might be ice!WHAT KIND OF PERSONALITY DO YOU HAVE? I am a very happy pup; my tail is always wagging! I am very spunky, playful and curious about the world around me, but also sweet and snuggly when it is time to chill.DESCRIBE YOUR PERFECT DAY?I must start my day by going outside to potty, immediately followed by breakfast - possibly the best part of the day! After that, I like to go outside again to sniff around and explore, then have some play time with my brother. I also LOVE to sunbathe, so my name is very fitting! Then, naps, snuggles and more play time… rinse and repeat!WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE TOY? I love all toys! Stuffies are fun when I want to play tug or keep-away with my brother and rubber toys are great when I want to chew.DO YOU KNOW ANY TRICKS? I am working on sit, and I could probably learn more! My foster parents say I am super smart.WHAT SCARES YOU?I would say I am pretty fearless! I have not come across anything that scares me just yet, not even the vacuum! HAVE YOU BEEN AROUND CHILDREN? Just once so far when foster mom and dad’s friends came over with their 4-year old daughter. I was very excited to meet them all so I was quite jumpy, but I am working on my manners!DO YOU LIKE CATS? I do not know what that is.HOW DO YOU FEEL ABOUT OTHER DOGS?I love my foster fur sisters and my brother, Oliver! They are great to cuddle and play with.IF YOU COULD BE ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD, WHERE WOULD IT BE?I would be with a family who wants to take me out exploring! There is so much to see and sniff!HOW IS YOUR HEALTH? I am healthy as can be!WHO DO YOU LIVE WITH IN YOUR FOSTER HOME AND WHO IS YOUR CLOSEST COMPANION?I live with my foster mom and dad, plus two foster fur sisters and my brother. I love them all, but I really idolize my foster fur sister, Stevie. She is the coolest!WHERE DO YOU HANG OUT WHEN YOU ARE HOME ALONE? In a big pen with my brother.WHERE DO YOU SLEEP? I sleep in the pen, too… I think sleeping on a dog bed or in the human’s bed would be nice, but I still have to go potty during the night, so for now, my pen is just fine with me.DO YOU LIKE WALKING ON A LEASH?I am just starting to learn about being on a leash, but once I get the hang of it, I think it will be a great way to get out and explore.DO YOU HAVE ANY “NOT SO GREAT” HABITS THAT WE SHOULD KNOW ABOUT?I am still a puppy, a very active and curious one, so just typical puppy habits, like being jumpy and wanting to put things in my mouth. I also tend to piddle when I get excited, but I should grow out of that.ARE YOU HOUSE TRAINED (DO YOU GO POTTY OUTSIDE)?I am almost potty trained! There is a doggie door in my foster home so I am pretty good about going outside whenever I need to. But when the doggie door is not accessible, I sometimes forget to let my foster parents know I need to go out. So, I might have some accidents in a new home... please be patient with me. I will figure it out!DO YOU LIKE WATER?I do not love bath time, but I tolerate it. And I have not experienced rain or sprinklers or anything like that yet, so maybe we can figure that out together.WHAT DO YOU LOVE ABOUT YOUR FOSTER FAMILY?I love that they welcomed me into their home and spend a lot of time playing and cuddling with my brother and me. And I love that there are other dogs to hang out with!IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE YOU WOULD LIKE TO TELL YOUR FUTURE ADOPTER?Just that I am excited to become part of a family that will include me in all sorts of activities and will love me unconditionally.
