With love, warmth, and plenty of food, his personality has blossomed. He adores other dogs, all people, his crate, and especially toys and sweaters. He’s house-trained, food-motivated, and ready for his forever home. Could it be with you? Once adopted he will travel via the Rescue Transport to his new family. Story

Bullet is a 6 year old pit mix, who was rescued in Texas, where he was found by a rescue in a cemetery. He lived with us in Oklahoma and was the sweetest pup. Our family was relocated after a military contract ended, which resulted in the home being packed up. After this, Bullet became reactive. Upon moving to Ohio, bullet did a 2 full week board and train to work on house skills and his reactivity. He continues to be reactive with others and pets. He bit a family member at this time- skin was not broke. He does not do well with cats (got into a fight with one) and does not do well with people. Once he is comfortable like he is with us, he is such a good boy and so sweet. However he is reactive towards our toddler and began to start lunging and deep barking at her. We want to keep her safe, as well as him. We’re looking for a home that can allow him to play, get his energy out (he is high energy!), and provide him love without having fears of him.
