Story
Miss Gracie is a happy lady looking for a home to call her own. Despite being a middle aged girl she still has some energy left and would greatly appreciate an outlet for her zoomies before she's ready to snuggle up with you. She is a big fan of toys and loves a good game of tug. She is an instant lover and warms up to people quickly, and is quite the cuddle-bug once you're her friend. Gracie loves her people so much that she would prefer to be the only pet in the home. If you are interested in meeting Gracie, please submit an adoption form on our website: fairfieldcountydogs.com and we will contact you to arrange a time to visit. Primary Color: Black Weight: 67.375 Age: 4yrs 8mths 3wks

Story
Meet Ellie! This pretty lady came into our care with her puppy, Mila, as strays. Ellie was initially pretty wary of us, but with some patience and yummy treats she came around. Ellie is still a little nervous of strangers, so she will need time to decompress and gain comfortability in her new home. Ellie is a very typical young boxer, she will need an outlet for her high energy and desire to play. Ellie would greatly benefit from a home that will help her catch up on the socialization and basic training she has missed out on so far. Ellie does well with other dogs. If you have other animals in your home, we recommend bringing them in for a meet and greet before taking Ellie home. If you are interested in meeting with Ellie, please submit an adoption form on our website: fairfieldcountydogs.com and we will contact you to arrange a time to visit. Primary Color: Brown Secondary Color: White Weight: 50.25 Age: 2yrs 1mths 3wks

Story
Gypsys DNA test results are mostly Boxer, Husky, and German Shepherd. She bounces on her front legs when she is excited or wants something (we now know that comes from the Boxer in her). Gypsy is around 5 years of age and weighs 70 pounds. Gypsy came from a bad home. She was not being fed and was severely underweight. So the people surrendered Gypsy and her puppies to animal control to avoid animal cruelty charges. We don't know why Gypsy has not been adopted yet. She is a very good girl and is the most obedient dog I have ever seen. She knows how to sit and comes when called. She is housetrained and very well behaved in the house. She likes her crate and sleeps in it with the door open. She walks well on a leash and rides well in a vehicle. Gypsy loves her toys, especially squeaky ones, and she loves playing fetch. Gypsy is active - she loves to run and play with toys and other dogs. She loves water and lays in the wading pool when it is hot, and we bet she would love snow. She gets excited about squirrels, cats, and critters on the other side of the fence. Gypsy normally does well with all dogs but gets along best with male dogs. She would also prefer a home without annoying toy dogs or puppies that get in her face. Gypsy loves human attention and is good with children. Gypsy is smart and might benefit from more obedience training from someone firm, patient, and loving. Gypsy is a sweet dog. She gets attached to her human and likes to lay under my desk when I work on the computer. Gypsy must be in the house as a loved family member. She must be walked on a leash and have a yard with a 6' fence to run and play. Gypsy spayed, tattooed, fully vaccinated (DAPPvL2, Bordatella, rabies), and microchipped. Gypsy had a light case of heartworms when we first got her. She is now heartworm-free and receives monthly heartworm and flea prevention. Gypsy is located in Texas but can be transported after she is adopted. Her adoption fee includes the cost of ground transport by a reputable and trusted transport company to a location close to you. Stops include, but are not limited to, Cincinnati, Columbus, or Akron OH. Please email 2manydogstx@gmail.com if you would like to make this amazing girl part of your family! Story
Please contact Jetta (Jetta.elliott@att.net) for more information about this pet.4 month old male boxer schnauzer mixToby is approximately four or maybe five months old. He still has his baby teeth so he is definitely not six months old yet. Our best guess is boxer and schnauzer mix. He has the most gorgeous black coat with red Hughes throughout. He has the schnauzer, wary chin and somewhat schnauzer hair, but it is soft. He is a very solid muscular stout little puppy. I am on a farm and he is very quick to learn and is very obedient. He absolutely respects the “no” command. He’s very responsive and comes when he’s called. He does not seem to be a big barker! He’s good with my cats and the other dogs. He’s just all around well mannered young puppy. He Weighed 23 pounds on Friday, 11 October October 2024. He is currently located in Harrison Arkansas. Rescue pups are transported to your location via rescue network transport. There is no additional fees to you for the transport service. Don’t let distance be a deterrent , there is a Facebook page where you can see videos of this puppy interacting with other dogs, cats, and people so you can get to know Toby. We do not send applications until after we do phone interviews, so please include your phone number and any inquiry. Thank you for your interest in a rescue pup.October 17, 2024, 7:33 pm
