Story

Chirpy is 5 years old, she is part boxer and part pit bull. She’s one of the best dogs we’ve ever had, she’s very obedient, people pleasing, potty trained, chirpy is on a potty schedule and does not alert us to go outside we just do it on a schedule basis, she’s also crate trained. She cannot be left out of her cage by herself as for she gets anxiety and WILL have accidents in the house. She however does sleep with us/ our kids at night, She’s been around other dogs and kids of all ages. She is up to date on vaccines. Since she is part boxer she has skin issues, so she is prescribed allergy meds on a daily basis to entirely control this issue, it is important she takes it every morning after her meal. She will be sent with what’s left of the prescription she takes for her skin allergy.

🥰 This beautiful girl is Cocoa. Cocoa is 6 years old and has a pure velvet coat. She is very smart and PERFECTLY house trained. She has not had any accidents, has no desire to get on furniture, she is curious, but not at all destructive. 🧸 She is also a very gentle dog that loves her toys, but does not destroy them. She can “sit” and give you her paw like a champ. Cocoa would love an active family that would take her for car rides, hikes and runs. She is an athletic girl that excels at ZOOMIES and TWIRLS. I like to taste-test treats before fully committing, but cream cheese was a definite winner when it came time to take my monthly flea, tick, and heartworm pill.
