Story
Please contact my foster at: nmroman@gmail.comA spritely 6-7 year old pup. House broken and non destructive when left in a room outside of a crate.- we`ve left him alone for 9 hours with no issues. Is now walking very well on a leash, no intense pulling. Has been easy to train/work with. Loves his walks but can also as easily go out in the yard and chill. Dog friendly for sure. Can have some reaction on a leash but does well at run club with lots of people and dogs. Has been to social events and has also done great. Does not seem to thrive with apartment dwelling but I`ve seen improvements with his last staycation. We`ve made strides with his barking and anxious energy. He`s a lot calmer and less barky and fairly easy to get his attention and stop him when he starts. Still no cats but it is better when he sees them on walks vs out the window. No resource guarding or food protection shown!

Contact the foster at, michelleleem1981@gmail.comBUSTER BAILE Believes...*Age is just a state of mind!*There`s no such thing as a stranger--especially if there`s a head scratch involved.*If your back end wobbles, then just take shorter walks. (And, dogs should never pull on the leash...it`s rude!)*Cats are interesting, but too much work to chase, especially since you might catch them.*Who cares if most of your teeth are missing as long as the ones left are healthy and work okay?*Gardening/yard work is fun--as long as you can lie in the sun and watch.*Sleeping through the night and lots of naps are key...*Hanging with your person during morning coffee is a special treat.*You can still play and enjoy life no matter how old you are!PLEASE consider meeting Buster Baile! He was surrendered to the shelter through no fault of his own, but he carries on, hoping there`s someone out there who would offer him a safe and loving place to land in his final years.

MEET OBERON!STATS: 11 months old, neutered, White American Bulldog MixAFFECTION/ENERGY LEVEL: I am very energetic in the most wonderful way! I LOVE people and I can`t control my butt wiggles when someone gives me attention. I am very submissive with humans, but I am wide-open playful with my dog friends!WHAT I LOVE: I LOVE running around in the yard. I get the best zoomies, especially when I am around other dogs. No one is safe from my tail! I am the happiest boy with the biggest smile that I love to show off.KIDS: I haven`t been formally tested with kids, but my shelter family thinks I would be great with kids that I can`t knock over (I am working on my jumping manners...)OTHER DOGS: I`m dog-friendly and LOVE the company of other dogs! I go to playgroup every day at the shelter and I get so happy when I see my friends that I will start whining with excitement. CATS: UnknownHIS MATCH: I would be perfect for a family that likes to play, snuggle, and have the best time together! I definitely need someone who will love to give me kisses and all the scratches I want. I would do great with another dog so I could get all my puppy energy out, while learning from them. SPECIAL NOTE: My shelter family says my spots make me look like a baby deer!Complete an online application and get pre-approved to adopt at https://www.cognitoforms.com/YorkCountyAnimalControl/PetAdoptionSurvey.
