Ripley is a smart little cookie who is looking for someone kind and patient to love. She's reportedly a "Boxador" (Boxer-Labrador Mix). In her foster home she's doing great on house-training, she knows "sit", and she answers to her name (and probably anything else that ends in "iee"). She's playful and cuddly; the best of both worlds! Ripley is eager to learn especially if snacks are involved. Her favorite snacks are "all of them". Ripley enjoys car rides. She's a boingy, bouncey pup who would give any purebred Boxer a run for his money in a jumping competition. Her dog friends had to get used to her easily jumping over them during their play sessions. It's like she has springs on her legs! Ripley was afraid in the shelter environment, so she went to a foster home to learn useful skills and meet people. She is still shy with new people but "shy" is not a word that comes to mind when she's at home. "Fun" is a much better adjective. Interested in meeting Ripley? He tries to fetch but isn't good at the release portion of the activity. Rex is food motivated and will listen well if treats are involved. I am the cuddliest boy you will ever meet!!! I am good with other dogs, housetrained, crate trained (I may protest a little bit) and walk pretty well on leash. I unfortunately do not do well with cats or other small animals.  I currently live with older kids and love to play with them!
