I want as much attention as you’ll give me because I think hanging with my people is so fun!    Can I sleep on your bed? How about the couch? Can I get in your face waiting for attention and scratches? Mind if I get the zoomies a few times a day and act super silly? Don’t worry, I’m also fine left alone…I’ll find a cozy place to snooze until you’re ready to hang with me again! If I’m feeling excluded for too long, you might hear me sing the song of my people.    Im about a year and a half old, weigh 53 pounds and I like all sizes of people and dogs, both needing a very good introduction. I love kids of all ages, but I would do best in a home without them. Occasionally I get super silly, so kids over 12 are best, if any. I haven’t met any cats, but my foster mom thinks that I might be OK with them.   I am potty trained and crate trained, and I am quick to learn new things! It took no effort to train me a specific potty spot. I am also pretty good on a leash.  I am fine left out of my crate, since I don’t chew on things I’m not supposed to. I’m just a goofball of a dog!   IMPORTANT: I am looking for a specific type of home. My ideal home would be a quieter place without a ton of kid activity. I can be sensitive to loud noises, sudden movements and new people. I can be loud, myself, at times, so an apartment/townhome is not for me. I need a family/person who can be firm with both me and other people/dogs who want to meet me. Bruno is very playful, loves to play fetch. Eats Purina dog chow. Free feeds throughout the day. Has been losing weight and has a few skin tags in his back. Bruno is kenneled trained inside and outside. He loves playing outside but he will try to dig under the fence if there is another dog on the other side of the fence and if he’s not supervised. Bruno knows commands such as sit, shake, lay down. Do to personal reasons we are unable to keep him.

Lil Roger is a super cute, sweet, calm, loving little puppy who has been through a lot in his short life, having survived Parvo early on. He is happy and healthy now, enjoying his time running in the yard with the big dogs, napping in the sun, and playing with his toys. He also loves to snuggle on the couch when he's tired. Lil Roger is a great eater and sleeper, doesn't chew (yet?), and is on his way to being house trained. Weighing just 22 pounds at five months old, he's petite for a bully, and likely won't be over 40 pounds full grown. This beautiful lady came to us in pretty bad shape. Human neglect had left her with a horrible skin infection  Through amazing care from her foster mama she is all healed up and ready to go.  She is a playful silly girl with lots of love to give.  Ruby loves to ride in the car and would make a great adventure buddy. Sadie is an absolute lady with a love of squeaky stuffies, tennis balls, and people! This amazing girl stole all our hearts with her ease and smiling face, we hope she reaches yours too! Her face gives off an older look than her physical health and energy level show. Those details don’t speak to who Sadie is at her core though, this is a dog that only sees the goodness and reflects it right back. Everyone who met her commented that she “made my day” or “her happiness is contagious!” It was hard not be overwhelmed with a smile for seemingly no reason at all, no silly tricks or attention getters, just her company. She is something really special in this world and we can't even imagine how much more she will shine once she finds her forever family. Sadie’s easy-going nature can be seen in all her interactions- with other dogs she was friendly and content in their company, and with our house cat she was perfectly respectful. An ideal home for Sadie is one where napping is encouraged and dog-toys will be purchased. For a canine companion, Sadie would love an easy-going partner-in-chill and cats are welcome! Thanks to her calm and quiet nature, and size, Sadie would be a great fit for the apartment life or a house with a yard. All we think she absolutely needs is a family of her own and a home where she is loved! Sadie is great with kids, in her video she plays with a 6 year old. She’s gentle, patient and not easily overwhelmed by the sudden movements and loud noises that young children make. Sadie is also great with cats, not overly interested and happy to coexist. She’s a champion on leash, with enough stamina and interest to accompany you on long walks, but loves the indoor lifestyle enough to spend hours and hours snuggling on the couch. I’m a 4.5 year old, 55lb pitbull mix, and my foster mom says I am such a special girl! She says if she didn’t already have 4 dogs, she’d keep me forever. I am a very fun girl. I love to run and play, with both my human and dog friends! I’m told I sometimes play too rough, but it’s just because I have such a zest for life! And probably because I haven’t gotten much of an opportunity to play until now! So, I’m still learning what’s appropriate. But I’m a very good girl! If you need to correct me, I will listen. I love toys and balls. I love playing in the water. I love taking walks and going on car rides. I loooove snuggles. Foster mom says I “have no regard for personal space” haha, but she says that’s okay, because I’m a great snuggle. Me: It means you stay with us and we take care of you until we find your forever family. Luna: A forever family sounds great. How do I find one? Me: Well, I tell people what a great pup you are and they apply to meet you. Luna: What makes me a great pup? Me: You really love to snuggle and you are quiet in your kennel and you almost always potty outside. Luna: I do love snuggles and my kennel is a nice safe place. Luna: How can I be an even better dog? Me: You could work on being calm when the kids walk in and not being grouchy with other dogs. Luna: I’m only grouchy every once in a while Me: You’re right and you love almost all dogs but you and Ace are sometimes not friends. Luna: Okay I will try to be friendly all the time. Me: Good, anything else I should tell a family looking for a good dog? Luna: Yes, tell them I love to play and I am pretty sure I am a lap dog and don’t forget that I am adorable. Me: Okay I will. This is Duncan Doggie, He is a 5 year old 67 pound Pit Bull (possibly a mix, there is no way to really know for sure in rescue) that has a lot of love to give but will need some special care in his furever home. Duncan has a lot of love to give and is overall a very happy and healthy boy but it took a lot of time, love and some medical care to get him there.  Duncan Doggie was found dumped on the grounds of Avenal State Prison in California June of last year and no one really knows how he got there. He was covered in wounds that were either from other dogs or coyotes, missing a majority of his fur, skin rubbed raw, and a lot of his teeth were broken. A volunteer at the Avenal shelter posted a TikTok in hopes that a rescue would pull him and give him the medical attention he needed and the love he deserved, that is where I found him. I instantly fell in love with him and drove the 1800 mile round trip to pick him up and bring him back to Northern Utah.    He is the biggest love bug and will gladly accept scratches and cuddles from any humans big or small! He loves to run around in the yard, play tug of war, play fetch, and if you are lucky he will even bring the ball back to you! True to his breed he also loves being lazy, he has his favorite purple minky that he stole from me and will go with him to his forever home for him to cuddle to his heart's content. He currently lives with children aged 3-14 and he is wonderful with all of them, sometimes he will get the wiggle butts and his tail could make him considered armed and dangerous, other than that though he is a complete sweetheart. Unfortunately due to his past he is fear reactive to any adult dogs and an addendum will be included in his adoption contract. He has loved every single puppy I've fostered in the last 8 months like it was his own but any adult dogs at home or in public terrify him and make him get full body shakes and then turn to aggression if he can't be removed from the other dog immediately.    Since having Duncan here he has made huge strides in his health and he has been the happiest, most loving foster from the second I picked him up. We discovered that his fur was missing and skin was raw due to food allergies, he needs to be on a grain and poultry free diet to prevent that from happening again in the future, he is currently eating a salmon based food and thriving on it. In addition to his allergies he was in need of a complete dental and is down 14 teeth but that doesn't stop him from eating dry food and enjoying treats like any other dog.
