Story
We adopted Ellie from an animal shelter in Southern California when she was about 1 1/2. I need to re-home her because I am moving in with my daughter’s family, and my son in law and 1 child in the house are highly allergic to her. It’s sad for me because I love Ellie a lot, so I want to make sure I find the right fit for her. Once you get to know her, she is very affectionate. She loves to sit in your lap and cuddle. She gets along with dogs and children. If interested, I’d be happy to answer any other questions you may have.

Story
GiGi is sponsored by: Michael Snider SNAP Cats rescued GiGI from Palm Springs, CA. This girl is all Calico! And you know what THAT means. Sweet one minute; not so sweet the next. Age has mellowed her a bit, but she still has that edge that makes calicos, well, calicos. The perfect home? A calm, kid-free environment with a high perch and a window to watch the birds outside would be ideal. Oh, and wet food. GiGi LOVES wet food. Gotta have that! The right flavor, of course. Which varies from day to day. Of course. If you’re interested in May please fill out an adoption application at https://www.snapcats.org/category/adoption/catsforadoption/. Thanks.June 22, 2024, 12:22 am

Gala is sponsored by: Carrie Adams SNAP Cats rescued Gala from Dubai (UAE). Gala is the sweetest cat ever! She cannot get enough attention. He loves to play until he is panting tired (sometimes jumping off walls chasing his wand toy), and he makes quick work of his food and treat puzzles (handsome AND smart!).   Wade is a busy, social cat--he wants to be around his people and greets us with leg rubs while enjoying a few pets. He's pretty darn cute, too, being completely white with a pink nose and toes (they turn extra pink when he's playing hard!). Although he looks super snugglable when he's rolling around and being adorable, he really only likes limited petting. Because he can overstimulate, Wade is looking for a cat-experienced adult household that can read his signals. He may take some time to adjust in his new home, but give him time and plenty of things to do and soon he'll be loving his new home and family! If you would like to learn more about Wade, please call Adoptions at (415) 506-6225.  Adoption Center: (415) 506-6225 The Marin Humane Society 171 Bel Marin Keys Blvd., Novato, California 94949 Email: adoptions@marinhumanesociety.orgJune 20, 2024, 2:25 am

Now, after many attentive weeks in foster, he's lost a few pounds and he's becoming more mobile and active! He is well on his way to a healthier adult cat lifestyle and just needs to find his new people that will firmly decline his requests for extra portions. Overall, he is a sweet lover boy and has a humble way about him that is hard to resist. What he is no longer allowed in extra calories, he will gladly accept now in loads of extra love!  Adoption Center: (415) 506-6225 The Marin Humane Society 171 Bel Marin Keys Blvd., Novato, California 94949 Email: adoptions@marinhumanesociety.orgJune 20, 2024, 2:25 am

These two will show their new family that having a minor physical issue doesn't stop them from playing and being quite the lovebugs. These two went to foster for several weeks, foster 'mom' raved about them. Here's what she told us about them:   These two settled in within just a few days. They still have lots of energy, they love toys, enjoy wand toy play, settle down nicely once tired and also enjoy snuggling up to me. They are purrrr machines, outgoing, friendly and enjoy being brushed. Overall Nicholas and Thaddeus are just wonderful and are going to bring so much joy to their new home.   Our Cat volunteers couldn't agree more! For their safety, these two should be indoor cats only.  Adoption Center: (415) 506-6225 The Marin Humane Society 171 Bel Marin Keys Blvd., Novato, California 94949 Email: adoptions@marinhumanesociety.orgJune 20, 2024, 2:25 am
