Frida can be picked up and handled with ease, making her an easygoing and affectionate cat. She was rescued but was already so loving despite this. She weighs 7.5 pounds and is bonded with Mona who is also listed on here, and the two share a special connection that would make them a perfect pair in their forever home for those willing. Frida is spayed, microchipped, and has all her services up to date (rabies, initial fvrcp vaccine, and tested FELV/FIV), so she is ready for her forever home. It would be great if she was adopted together with Mona but not a must. Frida has one ear clipped as she was originally scheduled to be released but fostered instead. Penny is the best cat. She loves to snuggle. She also been a bit shy and scared but she warms up so quick and just thrives on attention. She barely meows but she loves to rub her head against you. She has gained some weight because she loves to sleep and hide out - she’s always been like that. Penny doesn’t do well with dogs cause she is just a lover and will run and hide instead of stand her ground. She’s fine with other cats unless they’re mean to her. Again, she’s just a docile girl who doesn’t want any conflict. She is 7 years old and her bday is 4/20. She loves her cat tower and scratching post - which I am happy to rehome with her as she has gotten so comfy in it. She deserves a good home with cat lovers that will let her snuggle up under the blankets with them and just love on her.

Annalisa was adopted from Hopalong as a kitten and returned. She was adopted again and six years later left in a box at the Oakland Animal Shelter with a note saying that her person had lost their home and could no longer care for her. None of this was her fault and we are hoping the third time is a charm for this sweet, deserving kitty. She was obviously very well fed and cared for. Her coat is beautiful and soft but she does need to shed some weight. She is currently on a calorie-restricted diet and has already lost almost a pound. She's a very sweet and quiet kitty who will make a lovely TV watching or reading companion. She loves to burrow and sleeps underneath her bed. She's not really hiding, she just likes to feel cozy.
