Story
In early March, a lovely calico cat appeared in the neighborhood. She was very sweet and friendly, right from the start. She was quite thin and was desperately hungry, so several neighbors began feeding her. In early April, two little kitten heads popped up from under our deck. Apparently, she had five kittens around the time she appeared in early March. Since then, we've fostered her, and her kittens indoors, and have placed almost all the kittens in their forever homes. Mama cat needs a loving, indoor home with no other pets (the reason we can't keep her). She may be more aggressive now because she's been protecting her kittens, so she may mellow soon with other animals. She's super affectionate and loving, and we absolutely adore her! Anyone would be lucky to adopt her!

Story
This little kitten is named phantom because she looks like she has half a mask on her face. She is from a momma cat that was abandoned in my neighborhood. I took them in so they wouldn't die on the streets, but I can't keep any of them because I am already at the max allowed animals in my house. Phantom is very sweet and sassy. She's incredibly confident and playful. I think her and her sisters are about 3 to 4 months old. She gets along with my personal cats and german shepherd dog very well. She's free to a good home.

Story
I call this little calico Ethel. She was abandoned in my community a while ago. No one around knows who she belongs to, and she isn't microchipped. We believe she was abandoned because she was pregnant and had her kittens in my rose bushes. She's very sweet and couldn't just let her possibly die outside alone, so im trying to find a good home for her. But, I can not keep her nor her kittens, since I am already at the max allowed amount of animals in my house. The 3 female kittens are also going to be listed on this site. She's friendly and has gotten along with my own personal cats and german shepherd dog. She's free to a good home.

This little kitten is named phoebe. She is from a momma cat that was abandoned in my neighborhood. I took them in so they wouldn't die on the streets, but I can't keep any of them because I am already at the max allowed animals in my house. Phoebe is very sweet and lazy. She loves nothing more than to sleep on the couch or beside you in bed. I think her and her sisters are about 3 to 4 months old. She gets along with my personal cats and german shepherd dog very well. She's free to a good home.

Story
Boo is from a cat found abandoned in my neighborhood. I took her mother and the kittens in so they wouldn't possibly starve or be hit by a car. She's a very friendly and confident kitten. She's a diluted calico coloring. I think they're about 3 or 4 months old, not positive on that though. I can't keep them because I already have the max allowed number of animals in my home. She gets along wonderfully with my other cats and dog. Her, her calico mother, and the other 2 female kittens are free to a good home.

Story
Please contact Dana (DanaCC4C@gmail.com), (925) 586-6408 for more information about this pet. Want to meet? [Fill out the Application], then email it to the contact in this bio. Coffee’s story starts with resilience. She was rescued on March 1st from a condo complex in Concord, along with her four two-week-old kittens, from a person who didn't bother to fix her cats. Despite that rough beginning, Coffee was a wonderful mama—and now it’s her turn to be cared for. She’s a stunning calico with a playful, quirky personality. She’ll follow me around, chirp when she wants something, and then, just as suddenly, dart away from pets if she’s on the move. She hangs out with me while I work from home, making biscuits in the cat bed on my desk before settling in for a nap nearby. While she can be a little skittish during busy moments, when she’s relaxed—curled up on a bed, perched in a cat tree, or held in your arms—she’s very content to be petted and happily purrs away. She settles into new homes and around new cats quickly, though she definitely prefers to be the alpha cat. She does best with easygoing cats who either let her be in charge or simply ignore her, like my 17-year-old cat does. More than anything, she loves having the run of the house and, once she’s comfortable, doesn’t enjoy being confined to a single room. She doesn’t sleep on the bed with me, but she does nap in the cat trees in my room—especially the ones by the windows. She loves watching the bird feeder and will intensely chirp and twitch her tail while keeping an eye on the birds outside. Coffee is a fine-boned, petite kitty at about 7½ pounds. She was likely born around June of last year, so she’s about a year old now and probably won’t grow much more. Meet her on Saturday 1-4pm (June 13) at the Pet Food Express in downtown Walnut Creek.  CC4C Sponsor: Dana, DanaCC4C@gmail.com, 925-586-6408 Foster: me, Walnut Creek DOB: June 2025June 9, 2026, 12:06 am
