Stella is arguably one of the best cats I’ve ever had, she so playful and vocal when she wants something, she’s very soft and can be a bit frightened of certain things, she’s loves to explore and eats a lot, overall an amazing cat

Calla Lilly Kitty is so Pretty! I love my cat, however I have been diagnosed and I can no longer provide the attention she needs. She loves the quiet sunshine and all of her toys and plush blankets. She can scratch and hiss at those she does not know. It takes time for her to warm up to strangers, so patience is key.

Hootchy Kootchy is the purrfect blend of the sass of a calico and the love of a mother. This stunning model of a mama has raised her babies  and coparented with her sisters to raise theirs too flawlessly, showing them all grace and love that she never had. What’s amazing about her too is none of these struggles ever phased her - she has proven herself time and time again, she has shown that no matter what her priority is love.  Even though Hootchy Kootchy  has a resting [redacted] face and is true to her calico nature with just the right amount of diva, she loves to be loved.  This lady does not need another furry friend, but would do fine with one.  She does well with the other pets around her (pending slow intros and respectful behaviors of course).  Hootchy would likely be okay with respectful older kiddos as well, as she was rescued from a house with lots of children - as long as they provide her the love and grace that she returns tenfold.  She truly knows no strangers, and is so excited to meet her forever family.  You can see more pictures and videos of our fosters on our facebook page:  Sophia L'Orange Kitten Rescue All of our adoptable animals are cared for and assessed in foster homes (we do not have a shelter), up to date on age appropriate vaccinations and have been spayed or neutered and tested for FeLV/FIV, before they are adopted. One of our sweetest mama's to grace our presence, this beautiful lady Topsey Turvy - loves to be with her people. She loves to flip right over for belly rubs and cuddles - all Topsey Turvy of course. She is absolutely a lover girl - sharing her love with all - she adores people of all sizes and would be perfect for home with kids. She is laid back and happy to cuddle with anyone who wants to show her some love! She will be the first to greet you at the door and is always coming to say hi - a little social butterfly!  She would also be lovely with other cats, and likely respectful doggies as nothing seems to bother this little lady! She is relatively young - she was one of the mamas of 9 kittens that came to us from a household that was trying to take kitties off the street when they were young but unfortunately hadn’t fixed any so there kept being more and more.  Who is ready to have this beautiful Topsey Turvy belly rub loving, cuddly, lover of all, sweet and absolutely stunning lady join their family? Valkyrie is a gorgeous, 2-year-old female calico cat that is looking for her full-time lap to sit on. Val has been raised in a home in the south Texas area where unfortunately, her owner can no longer keep her. She has been raised since a kitten, therefore she is very outgoing. As you can see from the video, she absolutely loves her pets and will sit there for as long as you pet her, which can be all day. Val has been raised around other cats, dogs and older children. She would do wonderfully with young children though, she’s just that friendly. One of Val’s quirks is that she LOVES to talk to you and will talk loudly to you. She will tell you all about her night, her day, the birds outside and how fast the grass grew that day. She is loud, proud and will keep you laughing. Val is such a good girl and will adjust to most households just fine. She is a very relaxed cat that just loves to love. A cat tree, your hand, and a couch are all her heart desires (as well as food!) Valkyrie is fixed, current on vaccinations, current on flea prevention, and microchipped. Sassy is a beautiful calico cat who is around 1.5-2 years old. This sweet girl hasn’t had the easiest life. Prior to our rescue taking her in, she was with another rescue who adopts out of Petco and Petsmart, where she was sent. Being in a glass box was not for Sassy. Being poked, prodded and stared at every day for hours upon hours turned her from a very loving cat to a very scared and withdrawn one. This is when the rescue decided to surrender her to us where we could safely put her in a foster home. She has been in the foster home for about 5 weeks and has come out of her shell and learned she’s safe once again. No more glass boxes for her. The foster says this about her: Friendly Vocal – Loves to talk to you Loves to explore and roam around Loves cat trees Learning to love what toys are again Gets along with other cats, but prefers her own space Would do fine with older children, ideally no young ones for Sassy Dogs would be fine with slow introductions (refer to picture with dog in the background) Wonderful lap cat Very Entertaining Inside Only Sassy is a more calm cat that loves to lay around and just hang out. She likes to do what she wants, when she wants, which is typical for a calico. Sassy is spayed, FIV/ FLV Tested negative, current on vaccinations, microchipped, will be seen by a vet and given a clean bill of health prior to adoption.
