Story
Meet Georgette, a beautiful calico kitten who looks just like her mother. This sweet girl is a bit more timid than her siblings and prefers affection on her own terms. While she may not enjoy being held, Georgette has her own quiet way of seeking attention and companionship when she feels comfortable. Georgette loves to play and can often be found chasing cat toys or wrestling with her kitten siblings. Her playful spirit shines once she settles in and feels at ease. With patience, understanding, and a loving home, Georgette is sure to blossom into a wonderful companion. As a general rule, we recommend that young kittens only go in pairs or to households that already have another pet. Young kittens on their own, no matter how much attention they get from humans, usually get bored and tend to be more destructive.  They need another animal to help socialize them (to learn how to appropriately wrestle, boundaries, etc).  Most times having another cat is the best, though some may be okay with a gentle dog. You can see more pictures and videos of our fosters on our facebook page:  Sophia L'Orange Kitten Rescue All of our adoptable animals are cared for and assessed in foster homes (we do not have a shelter), up to date on age appropriate vaccinations and have been spayed or neutered and tested for FeLV/FIV, before they are adopted. They have had de-worming medication as a standard of care and Flea/Tick/Ear Mite preventive treatment. Medical records will be released with the adopted pet. ##2680322##

Story
"There's a thousand pretty women waitin' out thereAnd they're all livin' devil may careAnd I'm just the devil with love to spareSo Viva Las Vegas, Viva Las Vegas" Are you the devil with love to spare for our Viva Las Vegas?  She might be one of a thousand pretty kitties waitin' out there, but we know she's waitin' for THE ONE, the special one forever family she can call her own!  Like The King himself,  Viva Las Vegas and her siblings have a classic rags-to-riches story.  They were born in a trap as their feral mama was on her way to get TNR'd!  (Trap-Neuter-Returned).  Gorgeous Viva Las Vegas is waiting to strike it big - she's busy gambling on the right family to hit the jackpot with.  She's in her glamorous calico evening wear, practicing her gambling skills on the roulette wheel in her foster home.  When she's not busy trying out all the games, she's ready for some snuggles!  Viva Las Vegas would do best with another young, playful cat (perhaps a sibling?) to gamble together and would be good with respectful children.  Let's help her win it big and find her forever family! Thank you, thank you very much! As a general rule, we recommend that young kittens only go in pairs or to households that already have another pet. Why adopt from Three Little Pitties? The stray and animal overpopulation in the Greater Houston area is the highest in the nation. Statistics show that there are over 1 million homeless animals in this region alone. Three Little Pitties Rescue is a nonprofit dog and cat rescue that partners with the community to make a difference. Our mission is to reduce the homeless pet population through community outreach, free spay and neuter services, and saving all breeds of dogs and cats from the streets or animal shelters that oftentimes have no other option but to euthanize animals for space. This kitty you’ve found online is lucky to be in our program, and even luckier to have you notice it! Three Little Pitties Rescue (3LP) wants to set you and your new family member up for success! In addition to a fully vetted furbaby you also receive other additional perks such as a code for a free bag of cat litter AND a code for 50% off a 2nd bag of litter from Catalyst Pet, coupons for a fun visit to Petco, and support through our Facebook Adopters group where you can connect with thousands of other adopters, 3LP volunteers, fosters and staff. We seek to adopt to families who understand that these are rescues and will require continued efforts but are well on their way to being the best kitties that they can be! We ask that you give them time (can take weeks to months) to decompress in their new home, do slow introductions to other pets and let their true personalities have a chance to come through.  We celebrated our 7 year anniversary this year! Through the combined efforts of all of our hardworking staff and volunteers, we have placed over 16,000 very lucky dogs and cats into amazing homes! By adopting from us, you save TWO lives! The pet you adopt, and you create an opportunity for another animal to be saved in that spot. Together, we can be heroes. Story
Layla was my grandfather’s cat. He was no longer able to take care of her. So I took her in for the time being. I have two other cats in my home however, she has been an only cat her entire life. I have tried to get my cats and her used to each other but it just has not worked out I’ve tried for about 6 ish months. currently she is confined to one room in my home but deserves a better life than that. She is a very beautiful and sweet cat, but is very on edge/ scared when relocating and will take a short time to get comfortable in a new placement.

Story
Hi, my name is Polly Pocket, Polly for short, This is me when my foster mom first got me, she said I look like some sort of weird rabbit lol Maybe, but I don’t see it ‍ she called me Polly Pocket because I once fit in the palm of her hand and was only a half a pound at about 7 weeks old. I had several brothers and sisters and we were all in a box together. Some lady my foster mom didn’t know took the box of my brothers and sisters and let me loose in the warehouse because she said I was ugly! She wasn’t very nice, I was scared and really missed my brothers and sisters but then my new foster mom caught me! I did try and bite her at first, but I was scared! She was so nice though and held me tight and told me how pretty she thought I was, so it wasn’t long before I loved her and she gave me lots of kisses. She took me to see the doctor and the doctor gave a quick look and told her that I didn’t have any eyelids, but that’s what gave me my unusual beauty. I was also kind of sick, I have trouble breathing and snort (foster mom thinks it’s cute) it has taken a while for me to grow in size, she had me with younger kittens but they started to grow and I didn’t …. So she moved me again because she didn’t want me to get hurt when we played to rough lol I told her I could take care of myself!  So she found me the purrfect playmate, a huge boy named Swat! He swats everyone but me, he takes care of me.  But everyone thinks its time for me to find a loving home so I can know more of the world than Swat. Story
Meet Cinnamon   Cinnamon is a beautiful medium-haired calico with a story of strength, survival, and just the right amount of sass. Estimated to be around 1–2 years old, this resilient mama knows exactly who she is—and she’s not afraid to show it.   Before rescue, Cinnamon was a familiar face around Taco Bell, doing whatever she could to find a meal. By the time she was finally brought to safety, she had already relocated to a nearby home’s crawl space—where she gave birth and successfully raised her two babies like the strong, devoted mom she is.   Now that her days of surviving are behind her, Cinnamon is ready to be someone’s spoiled house cat.   She absolutely loves pets and will happily show off her expert biscuit-making skills when she’s content. She gets along well with other cats but sets healthy boundaries—she’s not a pushover and won’t tolerate any nonsense. Basically, she’s the perfect mix of sweet and sassy.   Cinnamon would do great in a home that appreciates her independent spirit while still giving her plenty of love and attention.   ##2688914##
