Story
Calla Lilly Kitty is so Pretty! I love my cat, however I have been diagnosed and I can no longer provide the attention she needs. She loves the quiet sunshine and all of her toys and plush blankets. She can scratch and hiss at those she does not know. It takes time for her to warm up to strangers, so patience is key.

Story
ISABELLA'S POSTING (Wilma's kitten): We have here "Wilma" and her 7 kittens: "Betty", "Cherrio", "Chex", "Dino", "Isabella", "Poppie" and "Waffles". Wilma is about 2 years old and the kittens are about 12 weeks old. Betty, Cherrio, Isabella and Poppie are females. Chex, Dino and Waffles are males. YOU CAN SEE PICTURES OF EACH KITTEN IN THEIR SEPARATE POSTING. THE POSTING CONTENT WILL BE THE EXACT SAME FOR EACH KITTEN. Wilma and her kittens came to us because their owners and family had to leave the country so mom cat and her kittens are now without a home. So so sad. Wilma is a beautiful calico and the kittens are simply gorgeous, simply adorable and SO cute! In their new homes, children must be 6 years old or older. Wilma got spayed, she got her shots, she was wormed and she tested negative for feline leukemia/aids. The kittens got their first shots and worming. Since their mom, Wilma, tested negative for feline leukemia/aids, that means the kittens are also negative for feline leukemia/aids. To adopt from us, you MUST have a veterinarian reference in your own name. We will not place any animal without a veterinarian reference. We get a veterinarian reference from your veterinarian which is a history of medical care administered by your veterinarian to your present or previous pet or pets. Please do not contact us if you cannot abide by our adoption rules. The adoption fee for Wilma is $250.00. No credit cards. The adoption fee for the kittens is $150.00 each. No credit cards. You can meet any of our animals at Petco located at 201 Union Street in Waterbury on Saturday during our adoption hours from 12:00 to 3:00 so, if you are interested in meeting Wilma and her kittens or a particular animal, please email us at feline55keeper@gmail.com and we will be certain to bring that particular animal with us to Petco on Saturday. IT IS IMPORTANT THAT WE STRESS THAT IN ORDER TO ADOPT FROM US, YOU MUST HAVE A VETERINARIAN REFERENCE...NO EXCEPTIONS!

Story
WOWWWW is the only word to describe this fantastic beauty! Meet our 4 yr old completely gorgeous and purrfect Callie the cuddlebug! She is absolutely the sweetest soul - gentle soft and wonderful! She had quite a sad story: we rescued her after she was abandoned at a hi kill shelter after her owner passed - then she lived for several years in a wonderful home. But again sadly her owner became very ill and can no longer care for her! She is soooo gentle and probably would be best in a home that is quieter and needs a gentle love bug. ALREADY A THERAPY CAT for certain families. She is fine around gentle kids and is best without other pets. She takes a short time to decompress and is a chonky cat dog within minutes! Does need a diet as she is a whopping 17lbs! ADOPTERS UNDER THE AGE OF 23 MUST HAVE A PARENT OR GUARDIAN APPLY We do NOT test for hypoallergenic qualities or exact breeds as we are a rescue so also please do not ask! If you are allergic, then prepare for 20 yrs of an allergy if the cat you adopt causes issues... If you want to apply - please go to https://rnrpets.org/cat-application/ to be approved. If you have additional questions please contact us via email at rocknrescue1@gmail.com or text 9146885499. She is fully vetted spayed and vaccinated tested FIV FELV neg had preventatives and microchipped. And ready for love! She is also available to adopters from out of state in the Northeast and is located here in Bedford Hills NY! Long distance adopters must pick up here sorry no shipping or delivering! We CANNOT hold a cat for an adopter for longer than a week - ty

Story
One of our sweetest mama's to grace our presence, this beautiful lady Topsey Turvy - loves to be with her people. She loves to flip right over for belly rubs and cuddles - all Topsey Turvy of course. She is absolutely a lover girl - sharing her love with all - she adores people of all sizes and would be perfect for home with kids. She is laid back and happy to cuddle with anyone who wants to show her some love! She will be the first to greet you at the door and is always coming to say hi - a little social butterfly!  She would also be lovely with other cats, and likely respectful doggies as nothing seems to bother this little lady! She is relatively young - she was one of the mamas of 9 kittens that came to us from a household that was trying to take kitties off the street when they were young but unfortunately hadn’t fixed any so there kept being more and more.  Who is ready to have this beautiful Topsey Turvy belly rub loving, cuddly, lover of all, sweet and absolutely stunning lady join their family? Endless cuddles and snuggles and lots of nose boops will be shared every day - bringing joy to all her people and furry friends. You can see more pictures and videos of our fosters on our facebook page:  Sophia L'Orange Kitten Rescue  All of our adoptable animals are cared for and assessed in foster homes (we do not have a shelter), up to date on age appropriate vaccinations and have been spayed or neutered and tested for FeLV/FIV, before they are adopted. They have had de-worming medication as a standard of care and Flea/Tick/Ear Mite preventive treatment. Medical records will be released with the adopted pet. ##2318287##
