Story
Meet Ambrosia & Pepper — a bonded pair of sweet senior sisters looking for a soft place to land together. At 16 years young, Ambrosia, a stunning calico, and Pepper, a sleek black beauty, came to us after their beloved owner moved into assisted living and heartbreakingly couldn’t take them along. These girls have been together their entire lives, and that bond is everything. Ambrosia is the queen and she absolutely knows it. She’s friendly, confident, and very vocal about what she wants—mostly pets, attention, and admiration. She boldly explores her surroundings and will happily remind you if you’ve stopped petting her for too long. Pepper, her sister, is the quieter half of the duo. She’s a bit shy at first and prefers to take things at her own pace, but once she feels safe, she blossoms into an incredibly affectionate companion. She’s a wonderful purrer and offers calm, gentle company that’s perfect for a peaceful home. These two must be adopted together—they’ve shared sixteen years side by side and truly rely on one another. Ambrosia can be a bit of a boss around other kitties to everyone except Pepper, so they’d do best in a home without other cats. They haven’t had experience with dogs. If you have room in your heart and home for a devoted senior pair who will reward you with love, personality, and years of companionship, Ambrosia and Pepper are ready to spend their golden years with you. Their adoption fee is $400 for the pair and Ambrosia & Pepper are vaccinated, FIV/FELV negative, microchipped, and spayed. They also qualify for our senior-to-senior program so if you’re 60 years or older, you can adopt them for just $300. If you're interested in this darling duo, please fill out an application at https://form.jotform.com/201805462692153. For questions, email info@happilyfureverafter.org.

Story
Angel is well... an angel in kitty form! Adores her sister Rose!'s Story Our fosters are have so many kittens are now big enough to be adopted. They are anywhere from 8 to 12 wks old so ALL are TOO SMALL TO GO as SOLO pets to a home UNLESS u already have a young cat in your home - so have to be paired up. They are absolutely the sweetest and simply some of the cutest and prettiest kitties ever! Cupid Romeo and bonded sisters Rose and Angel - 8-10wks - Who is a super duper cutie?! THESE guys! Funny friendly happy and super cute! Raised since infancy in our best bottle feeder who super socializes them in a way that makes them so perfect that there are no words to describe how great they are. NOTE: These tinies are too small to be fixed but ready to adopt! Also note that they are FIV+ but should go negative as they age as they were born with it. NO medical issues at all and should be fine for life and they are fine to be with non FIV+ cats. FIV is NOT the fatal FIP or Felv which they are negative for. Dottie (16w) and Olaf (9-10w) - these 2 adorables are ready to go! They are shy at first, so would be best in a quieter home and def better with a buddy cat. Dottie could be a solo cat for the right family as she is about ready to be old enough to cope without a buddy but she does thrive with one too. Each has such a happy cuddly and FUN personality. Too small to be fixed at this time but completely adorable! These babies were all fostered in a wonderful home after they were abandoned in NY/KY at a high kill shelter and then cared for by our incredible NY and KY foster teams! They are all friendly and fun and great for any family - they seem fine with kids and should be fine with other gentle cats and with a gentle dog. They are incredibly affectionate, super snuggly, and simply the most purrfect kitties! All kittens no matter what age, do not grow up with the best behaviors without another cat to help them esp during their tween months. ADOPTERS UNDER THE AGE OF 23 MUST HAVE A PARENT OR GUARDIAN APPLY We do NOT test for hypoallergenic qualities or exact breeds as we are a rescue so also please do not ask! If you are allergic, then prepare for 20 yrs of an allergy if the cat you adopt causes issues... If you want to apply - please go to https://rnrpets.org/cat-application/ to be approved. If you have additional questions please contact us via email at rocknrescue1@gmail.com. They are all fully vetted spayed neutered per age and vaccinated tested FIV FELV neg had preventatives and microchipped. And ready for love! They are also available to adopters from out of state in the Northeast and is located here in Bedford Hills NY! Long distance adopters must pick up here sorry no shipping or delivering!
