Story
Gary is about 2 years old and was found outdoors when young. She does not do well indoors as it causes distress. She is spayed but is due for vaccination boosters. Would be suitable as a barn cat or on a large secluded property.

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Sweet, Renee was surrendered by her family when she was no longer convenient.  She's a sweet, chunky and loving girl.   She has a great personality and wants the love of a new human. Renee will jump right in your lap if you come to visit her at the Adoption Center.   She is now looking for her new forever family and is waiting on your call.  She's been at the Cat Rangers Center for a while and dreams of having her own home soon. Renee would do best as an only kitty.        Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet. Please note: All CatRangers cats and kittens are spayed or neutered as a part of their adoption package, which also includes testing for feline aids (FIV) and Feline Leukemia (Felv), age appropriate vaccines, flea and other parasite treatments and a microchip. If you adopt a young kitten that is not old enough for surgery, we will schedule a surgery appointment after the adoption. Special breed descriptions listed in our kitty¹s profiles are based on information we have about their other family members when available, as well as traits that match those breeds. Most of our cats and kittens are mixed breeds unless specified otherwise. How our Adoption Process Works: We take loving care to help match the right kitty with the right family.  1. Ideally identify a couple of kitty candidates on our website, use the advanced search capability to find what you need.  You can also tell our team what you are looking for and they will help with suggestions.  If you are seeing our kitties on an adoption website you may want to pop on over to www.catrangers.org where we often have even more pictures. 2. Fill out an application online at catrangers.org. Once we have an application our adoption team can work with you to arrange appointments for either virtual or in person meetings with candidate kitties.  Kittens are kept in foster homes to make sure they are being properly socialized.  Visits may be virtual, at foster's home or at the CatRangers Center in Buford. 3. Our adoption team conducts a brief phone call with you and later, a virtual home visit, to make sure you are fully prepared for your new kitty. Our team also checks with your vet and personal references.   (We really want to you and our kitty to have the very best chance for a lifetime of loving success.) 4. Once application is approved and adoption fee is paid, we reserve the kitty you have selected. The adoption fee includes all vaccines up to the time of adoption. Kitties have been Felv/FIV tested, treated for fleas and parasites, and have been microchipped. Your adoption fee includes a spay/neuter if your selected kitty has not already been altered. Some kitties are very popular and you need to move quickly to select those you are interested in and get through the process for your first choice as a furever friend. However, please do be patient with our volunteer team. And while you are on our website, if you are interested in volunteering or fostering, please fill out applications! Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. We have taken in 7 cats from a fellow cat lover and friend of Cat Rangers. We’d like you to know about Jeanne.   Jeanne, a dedicated teacher for many years, is also a lover of cats. She consistently rescued and s/n her local cats and kittens all her life and personally adopted the ones that needed more medical care or socializing. Last year she was diagnosed with pulmonary fibrosis, which is a terminal respiratory disease. She has been given only a few months to live. She has asked Catrangers to accept and find new homes for her precious fur babies. She has done so much for her community and the many cats and kittens she has saved, we could not say no. We are overflowing with kitties, but we know you will help us find these precious cats their wonderful new homes.    We are still learning about Miss's personality. Story
Callaloo is from Trinidad. His brothers and sisters were done away with, I suppose. He was left by someone unknown on the street we were living on. He was so tiny I had to bottle-feed him. He acts more like a dog than a cat. Loves being around people and cries when he thinks we left him alone. He is now 17 yrs old. He is front de-clawed, so he is definitely an inside cat. He needs Lactulose twice a day, but because the solution is sweet, once I hold his mouth and start to put the syringe in his mouth he will take it. My husband and I worked from home so hopefully can find a home where he has company most of the week, although I cannot be choosy at this point. I think he would do well with a little dog and 2 cats, at most. He has a water fountain that I will provide since this was the only way he drinks water, as well as a cat bed, as shown in the photos. He also has a cat carrier.
