Story
Meet Pickled Ginger, the enigmatic female feline whose inner circle may be small, but for those fortunate enough to be included, her love knows no bounds. With a quiet confidence that speaks volumes, Pickled Ginger navigates life on her own terms, finding solace in the tranquility of her peaceful abode. In Pickled Ginger's ideal world, simplicity reigns supreme. All she asks for is a fun cat tower to perch upon, a cozy cat bed to curl up in, some delectable cat food to savor, and perhaps a sunny spot to bask in the warmth of the sun's rays. With these simple pleasures, she finds contentment and joy in the quiet moments of introspection.Pickled Ginger's confidence in all things feline is evident in every graceful movement she makes. While she may not seek out the company of others, she is more than happy to share her space with fellow feline companions who understand the value of silence and solitude. However, when it comes to dogs, Pickled Ginger prefers to keep her distance, finding their exuberance and constant barking to be a bit overwhelming for her refined sensibilities. For Pickled Ginger, a serene adult-only home is the perfect setting in which to thrive. With her quiet demeanor and unwavering self-assurance, she brings a sense of peace and harmony to any environment she graces. If you're seeking a companion who values tranquility above all else, look no further than Pickled Ginger. With her gentle presence and quiet grace, she promises to fill your home with love, warmth, and the comforting embrace of silent companionship. Please apply at www.bossypawsrescue.orgAdoption Fee: $85.00Est DOB: 06/23/23

If you adopt a young kitten that is not old enough for surgery, we will schedule a surgery appointment after the adoption. Special breed descriptions listed in our kitty¹s profiles are based on information we have about their other family members when available, as well as traits that match those breeds. Most of our cats and kittens are mixed breeds unless specified otherwise. How our Adoption Process Works: We take loving care to help match the right kitty with the right family.  1. Ideally identify a couple of kitty candidates on our website, use the advanced search capability to find what you need.  You can also tell our team what you are looking for and they will help with suggestions.  If you are seeing our kitties on an adoption website you may want to pop on over to www.catrangers.org where we often have even more pictures. 2. Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. We have taken in 7 cats from a fellow cat lover and friend of Cat Rangers. We’d like you to know about Jeanne.   Jeanne, a dedicated teacher for many years, is also a lover of cats. She consistently rescued and s/n her local cats and kittens all her life and personally adopted the ones that needed more medical care or socializing. Last year she was diagnosed with pulmonary fibrosis, which is a terminal respiratory disease. She has been given only a few months to live. She has asked Catrangers to accept and find new homes for her precious fur babies. She has done so much for her community and the many cats and kittens she has saved, we could not say no. We are overflowing with kitties, but we know you will help us find these precious cats their wonderful new homes.    We are still learning about Miss's personality. Date of Birth: 4/7/24Adoption Fee: $75.00Date Posted: 7/20/24Hi! My name is Dahlia. I am one of the Flower litter. My siblings include my brothers, Cedar and Cypress, as well as my sisters Poppy, Iris, and Azalea. My foster mom says I am a sassy little girl. You see, I like to tease her a bit. Sometimes when she is petting me, I hiss a little. The funny part is I stay right close beside her so that she can keep on stroking me and giving me chin scratches. I secretly like it when she pets me...shhh...don't tell her...LOL! Naturally, I am the boss of the girl group in my foster home. I play, they play, I rest, they rest. My foster mom says "sassy"? I say I am an independent little girl who knows what I want. Nothing wrong with being a leader, right?! Please come meet me soon....I promise to give you the opportunity to appreciate my beauty and love on me too. Let's just not tell my foster mom, OK? See you soon!

My siblings include my brothers, Cedar and Cypress, as well as my sisters Dahlia, Iris, and Azalea. My human foster mom says I am just like my kitty momma, a little "mini-me" so to speak. I look like her and share her awesome personality! I am very adventurous. I like to play and climb anything. My favorite thing is to zoom up the cat tree and then leap to the floor only to return quickly to the cat tree and do it all over again. My foster mom laughs so hard when she watches me play so I guess I am a pretty entertaining little girl! I will need a kitty friend in my home to help me get my energy out. No worries...I am happy to snuggle with my kitty friend or human when playtime is over. I have lots of joy to share with everyone! Please come meet me soon....I will be so happy to go home with my forever family.

Story
Molly is a very affectionate 4 1/2 year Calico who has been recently orphaned with the passing of her owner. Molly has tons of personality and really enjoys deep eye contact with humans. Until recently, she enjoyed the playmate company of a small dog. Molly is extremely intelligent and has been trained to do a few clever tricks for her special treats. Loves to be combed and brushed - and always appreciates a tummy rub. We are providing a temporary home for her; however, the two resident cats (last 9 years) do not seem to want to accept a third cat as part of their domain. As a result, we are seeking to re-home Molly to a loving home which can appreciate her very special and affectionate personality.

Story
Introducing Minion, the super shy feline with a heart of gold and a penchant for peace and quiet. While she may prefer to keep to herself at first, beneath her timid exterior lies a gentle soul just waiting to bloom. All Minion desires is a cozy cat bed to call her own, a sunny spot by the window where she can bask in the warmth of the sun's rays, and the freedom to relax and receive attention on her own terms. With a little time and patience, this bashful beauty is sure to blossom into the perfect companion.Minion finds solace in the company of her fellow felines, enjoying the quiet companionship they provide. However, she has no love for those pesky canines, whom she suspects are up to no good with their incessant barking and suspicious behavior. In Minion's eyes, dogs are nothing more than annoyances with delusions of grandeur. For anyone seeking a companion who values tranquility above all else, Minion is the perfect match. With her sweet nature and gentle demeanor, she brings a sense of calm wherever she goes.
