Calico kittens & cats in Gainesville, Georgia

Someone abandoned this sweet mama while still pregnant, in the woods around my home, and she made herself known by begging for food outside of my window. I, of course, provided her with food (still am), but am unable to provide her with shelter. While making herself at home in the woods, she gave birth to a litter of four kittens around the first of April. I am unable to bring any of them into my home due to severe allergies by 3 members of my household. I just want these precious babies to go to a good home, and live the life they deserve. The mama is very sweet and very affectionate, and very gentle.UPDATE: We have found homes for 3 of the 4 kittens, and am still trying to find a home for the male grey with white mitts that we have begun calling "pickles" (he jumps at everything like when you put a cucumber near a cat, hence the name pickles). He is 9 weeks old (As of 06/03/2026) at this point and needs a loving forever home! He loves hunting lizards and belly scratches.

Moon is a sweet cat. She keeps to herself mostly but when she wants attention she will find you and let you know. Then she becomes a good little snuggle bug. She's a beautiful cat but a change in environment takes her several days to adapt to so don't be shocked if you bring her home and she ghosts you for a few days. It's nothing personal she's just getting a feel for the place.

This sweet little cat appeared in our yard. We assumed a feral as he would run away if you took one step toward him. We were able to trap with a wildlife cage trap. I participate with the feral cat program in our county. I took him there to get a health exam , shots and neutering. There was a glitch in the plan for us to pick him up or to be returned by animal control. They thought we were picking up. We thought they were returning him. Because of that , he was there over a month. Now he is totally tame, follows us everywhere , sits beside us ,wants to be petted. Our cat and he spend the day together outside enjoying each other's company. But we can't keep him. He looks very tabby but not totally. He has subtle orange areas and pastel mint colored eyes.
