We’re searching for a loving home for our two 6-month-old kittens, Cali and Sunny. Due to some issues in our apartment, we’ve had trouble with accidents, and we believe it may be related to previous pets that lived here. It breaks our hearts to part with them, but we want what’s best for these adorable siblings. About Cali & Sunny: Cali (Calico): A playful, curious kitten who has never had any health issues. She’s full of energy and loves to explore and cuddle. Sunny (Orange Tabby): A sweet boy who was diagnosed with Feline Infectious Peritonitis (FIP). Sunny has been on an 84-day treatment plan since August 7th, and he’s responding well. He will need his second bottle of pills soon, and while the treatment is expensive, we’re happy to help cover the cost to ensure Sunny continues to get the care he needs. Why They’re Special: Bonded Pair: Cali and Sunny are incredibly close, always playing and snuggling together. We’re looking for a home where they can stay together and continue their special bond. Friendly and Social: Both kittens are loving, affectionate, and will bring joy to any home. Healthy & Happy: While Sunny is in treatment, we’ve been closely monitoring his progress and will support his ongoing care as he completes the program. This pair of sisters are bonded and we are hoping they can stay together in a new home. We found them as kittens out in the cold and have loved and cared for them for about 7 years. They are well behaved and get along with other cats. They've been spayed and had their shots. They are indoor cats. We only need to let them go because of our landlord. Please help.

This is Annabelle. She is about 8 years old, healthy, and very affectionate. She likes to snuggle. She has been an indoor cat since we rescued her as a kitten 7 or 8 years ago. We have loved her and cared for her as one of our family. She has been spayed and had her shots. She came to us with her twin sister, Mirabelle, and they are bonded, so if possible, they would love to stay together. So sorry to rehome her, but our landlord will not allow us to keep these pets. Please give her the loving home she deserves. Thank you!

They both enjoy time with the resident male cats and are learning to like time with people. If you have a kitty looking for a friend, please consider one or both of these girls! Skippy is a former street cat, who really enjoys her foster's other cats, is neutral about the small dog and is skittish with people. She is a cat's cat. More than anything, Skippy needs an adopter who is patient, lives in a low-key home, and loves to cuddle. All of our adoptable pets have their age appropriate vaccines, dewormer, feline leukemia and fiv test, spay or neuter surgery and a microchip. Keeley brightens up every day! Her happy, bubbly personality fills the house with joy. You know when Keeley is coming, she skips down the stairs and chirps with anticipatory excitement to spend time with you. She loves to cuddle with her human and will lie in your lap or simply sit with you, enjoying your company. Toys are not really her thing -- Keeley prefers to cuddle.Keeley gets along great with other cats, but will require a slow introduction. She loves to chat with her cat friends and once she has a special BFF, she will groom that lucky kitty and sleep next to that cat. Simone Biles the cat has a lot in common with Simone Biles the star athlete. Both have overcome adversity to rise high, and are an inspiration in their ability to bounce back.When she was about a year old, Simone the cat was left to fend for herself on the streets while suffering from a prolapsed anus. Poor Simone went from one house to the next meowing for help until a Good Samaritan took her in and contacted AARF. Show Your Soft Side`s Street Kitty Medical Fund helped Simone get her needed surgery and now she is one happy, healthy, playful cat who has long forgotten her sad past!Simone loves to play and her favorite robot laser toy will come with her to her new home. She is one smart kitty cat who knows high-five and loves to be sung to. (Her foster parents say she prefers Mony Mony by Billy Idol, but we`re pretty sure she`ll love any song you can sing.) She has a great appetite and a special fondness for whipped cream! Outside of that special treat, she gets fed a high quality grain free kibble and wet food twice a day to make sure her insides stay inside. She does get constipated on occasion, but a little bit of Miralax in her food fixes that.Simone currently lives with other kitties, and likely could in her forever home, too – she would just need plenty of space and another calm, respectful kitty with a very slow introduction. Sweet, cuddly Betty would be perfect ... if her poop chute wasn`t a bit slow.Betty’s bowels have been x-rayed and she spent a night at the vet for observation. The diagnosis: there is nothing visibly wrong, her intestines just need to develop some more. She strains in the pan and leaves little poops on her travels through the house, think Hansel and Gretel, only browner. She leaves peanut M&M sized poops in random locations once or twice a week, the rest land in the pan - with one just in front of the pan to let you know the #2 has been taken care of . The poops are easy to clean up as the morsels are pretty firm. She gets meds twice daily to help the brown stuff move and she takes her meds like a trooper. Betty eats high fiber kibble to help her gut do its job. She may be able to stop taking her meds entirely when she (and her poop chute) have finished growing; her foster parents are happy to say that in the months they have had her, Betty has gotten much better at leaving her poops in the pan.Now for the good stuff! Betty is gentle, playful and cuddly. She loves wand toys, chases balls all over the house and when she`s all tuckered out, she will bake biscuits next to her foster mom or snuggle on her chest while purring up a storm. If you sit down, Betty will come running and jump on your lap. Prepare for this cuddly girl to jump on top of you for some lovins even when you`re lying down! Betty has good manners and does not practice acrobatics on top of sleeping humans. She is friendly with people and cats, and would love to share her home with another cat.
