Story
MORE THAN A CAT -- A GREAT COMPANION DOB 4/1/22 This striking calico comes wrapped in a delightfully chunky package, complete with a soft, plush build that practically begs for gentle hugs (on her terms, of course). With her beautifully patterned coat and soulful eyes, Prudence has perfected the art of looking both regal and irresistibly huggable. Affectionate doesn’t quite cover it. Prudence is operating at maximum cuddle capacity. She’s the kind of companion who will happily keep you company through quiet evenings, lazy mornings, and everything in between. If you sit down, she’ll be there. If you lie down, even better. Low-energy and proud of it, Prudence believes life is best enjoyed at a relaxed pace. No chaos, no drama -- just soft pets, cozy spots, and quality time with her favorite humans. If you’re looking for a calm, loving presence with a little extra fluff and a whole lot of heart, Prudence is ready to settle in and make your home her forever kingdom. HOPE ID 26-0416-G049 Prudence is currently in the Houston, Texas area but can be transported to this location upon adoption. The $325 adoption fee includes transport, health certificate, spay/neuter, basic vaccines, microchip and registration, testing for FIV/FeLV, negative fecal test, and preventative treatment against fleas and parasites. My cat is 2 years old as of July 16,2026. I moved in with family and my family is severely allergic. She has been moved from 2 homes already who it didn’t work out with. One had small dogs and she was scared and the other just didn’t get along with the owners.

Story
Raffia is a 6-year-old calico with a big personality, a loving heart, and a story of incredible resilience. After being abandoned by the people she trusted, Raffia was left to survive on her own through the harsh Houston weather and elements. Thankfully, she was eventually brought to safety, where she received the care she desperately needed. She arrived with a few medical concerns that had to be addressed, but after months of treatment, monitoring, and lots of TLC, Raffia is doing great and is finally ready to find the forever home she has waited so long for. One of the biggest obstacles in her adoption journey is her heart condition, which requires a once-daily medication that costs approximately $50 per month. Despite being stable, healthy, and living a happy life, many potential adopters have passed her by because of her diagnosis. It breaks our hearts because Raffia has so much love, companionship, and joy to offer the right family. Raffia is a sweet, affectionate, and delightfully sassy girl. She loves rubbing against your legs, following you around the house, and charming everyone she meets. Food is one of her favorite things in life, and shes never shy about reminding you when its mealtime. After spending the last 15 months in boarding while waiting for her chance at a home, were helping her shed a few extra pounds and enjoy more exercise now that she has more space to move around. Like many confident cats, Raffia knows exactly what she likes. She enjoys affection and loves being pet, but she is not a fan of being picked up and carried around. Shell also let you know when shes had enough attention and appreciates people who respect her boundaries. Raffia would likely thrive as the only cat in the home where she can soak up all the love and attention for herself. She may do well with respectful dogs, as shes a confident and self-assured cat. We would recommend a home without young children and feel she would do best with older, cat-savvy kids (14+) or adults who understand feline body language and respect her space. After everything shes been through, Raffia deserves a family willing to look beyond a diagnosis and see the wonderful cat she truly is. Shes affectionate, entertaining, full of personality, and more than ready to spend the rest of her life being loved.

Story
Kayleigh arrived at my home when she was around 10 months old. She's been a house cat for her entire life. At around 12 years old, she's calm and enjoys her routines in an 800 sq ft condo. She likes to go out on the balcony especially with human company. She also meets me at my work computer at home. When I come back from an errand, she's often near the door upon my return and will promptly plop down on the shipping paper on the floor for a belly rub. Not a lap-cat, she sits next to me on the couch. She’s always been the only pet in the house. One eye has leaked some fluid which has clouded her eye a bit. She shows no issues with it, and the Vet has told me to watch it for changes.

Story
Portland just turned 11. She is very calm and sweet, but she is deaf so she startles easily if you do not gently make yourself known. We have had her since she was a kitten and we are devastated to give her up. She is an inside cat but loves to spend her time on a catio/screened in porch. She sleeps most of the day and loves to curl up on a lap but still has moments of playfulness each day. She prefers tiki cat salmon wet food and tiki cat hairball control dry food. She grazes throughout the day and eats very slowly so her food must be kept away from other pets. We think she would do best in a home without other animals/kids unless they are calm. She needs time to warm up to animals and kids. We would love to find her a kind and gentle owner who will love and care for her throughout her remaining years.

Story
Aloha is a stunning 4.5-month-old mini panther who came to us as part of a rescue transfer from the island of Kauai. With his sleek, glossy black coat and bright, expressive eyes, hes every bit as handsome as he is charming. Aloha and his sister, Anuenue, are affectionate, confident, and incredibly personable kittens. They love being around people and are always eager to be part of whatever youre doing. Curious and playful, Aloha is happiest when hes exploring, playing, or spending time with his favorite humans. While he would love an indoor home, Aloha would also enjoy a home where he could have a little heavily supervised backyard time on nice days or relax in a secure catio, soaking up the sunshine and birdwatching. Aloha has a wonderfully endearing personality. He always comes when you call his name and makes sure you know when its mealtime by weaving figure eights around your ankles and rubbing against your legs in the kitchen. His favorite toy is a little foam soccer ball that he happily dribbles around the house until it disappears under the furniture—then hell do his best to fish it out all by himself! Although Aloha and Anuenue are often found playing together, they are not closely bonded. They tend to seek out their people more than each other, so they can be adopted together or separately. Aloha is: Neutered Vaccinated Microchipped Up to date on flea prevention Aloha is truly the kind of kitten who will quickly steal your heart and become a joyful, loving presence in your home. Hes ready to find his forever family and would make an incredible companion for anyone looking for an affectionate, playful, and interactive feline friend. Hes also very respectful of the older cats in his foster home. Story
Meet Anuenue! Anuenue is a beautiful 4.5 month-old tortie-and-white kitten who came to us as part of a rescue transfer from the island of Kauai. Her name is the Hawaiian word for rainbow, a symbol of hope, joy, and balance in Hawaiian culture—fitting for such a bright and loving little girl. Anuenue and her brother, Aloha, are affectionate, confident, and incredibly personable kittens. They love being around their people and are always ready to join in whatever youre doing. Curious and playful, Anuenue enjoys exploring her surroundings, chasing bugs, and snuggling under blankets when its time for a nap. She loves to sleep on your bed curled up right next to you at night. She gets along wonderfully with other cats and is respectful of the older cats in her foster home. Her outgoing, interactive personality makes her an ideal companion for someone looking for a social, loving feline friend. She loves to follow you around the house and involve herself with whatever you are up to. While Anuenue and Aloha enjoy playing and entertaining each other, they are not closely bonded and can be adopted together or separately. Anuenue is: Spayed Vaccinated Microchipped Up to date on flea prevention Anuenue is truly the kind of kitten who will quickly steal your heart and become a joyful, affectionate presence in your home. She is ready right now to find her forever family—and she would make a wonderful companion for someone who is ready to welcome a loving, playful little soul into their life.
