Story
Meet Melissa  Born on 12/26/25, this gorgeous girl is already turning heads—and she’s only getting started! With a Cane Corso dad and a Staffy/Husky mix mom, Melissa is expected to grow into a big, beautiful dog, and at already 30 lbs, she’s well on her way. But don’t let her future size fool you—she’s as sweet and snuggly as they come, with a soft, affectionate personality that makes her impossible not to love. Melissa is currently being fostered with a service dog trainer, which means she’s getting an incredible head start on life. She’s learning all the good manners that will set her up for success in her forever home, and it truly shows. She’s attentive, eager to please, and carries herself with a calm confidence that’s rare for a pup her age. When she’s not working on being the best girl ever, Melissa is all about the cuddles. She loves to be close to her people and will happily soak up all the affection you have to give. With her combination of brains, beauty, and a heart full of love, Melissa is going to make one very lucky family complete. MA license #0092  ##2693272##

Story
Buddha is a great family dog who is intelligent, confident, and generally calm and reserved, but can be a bit challenging if mental stimulation is lacking due to the breeds dominant nature and need for socialization. Despite his imposing size and demeanor, Buddha is very affectionate and gentle to where he thinks he is a lap dog but he just wants to be cuddled and loved by anyone he comes across. He is great with guests, children and other pets. Buddha would be a great addition to any family looking for a pet who will not only provide love and care but most importantly a protector of your loved ones and your home.

Story
This chonky lady is Angel! Just like her name, she`s as sweet as can be. When Angel gets to know her friends, she`s wiggly and sweet! Angel`s still got her puppy energy, she loves to get zoomies and get silly with her friends. When first getting to know Angel, she can be very worried. She needs a gentle and patient family that can meet her where she`s at- once she feels comfortable you will see the other side of her! Angel absolutely loves her toys, but can be pretty intense with them. She`s going to need a home that can respect her space and understand how to interact with a dog that shows signs of resource guarding. Because of this behavior, Angel is looking for an adult-only home. Angel could possibly live with another dog with proper management around resources.

Story
Meet Bane!If you're in the market for a big dopey goofball, Bane is your guy.Bane is a 6yo cane corso and he weighs about 97lbs. He is, essentially, a small horse. For the most part, he is very aware of his size which is a good thing because it prevents the whole "bull in a china shop" thing from happening. He is a little guilty of being pully when he's on a leash, especially when he first gets outside, but once his initial excitement wears off, he's much better about prancing along at your side and listening to corrections. Bane is a 100% certified good boy. He knows lots of cues (and he gives kisses on demand, like, come on, he's perfect), he's obsessed with cars and car rides, and he's good with people. While he comes across stoic and serious at first, he's all about the play bows and treating everything like it's a game. Don't let his age fool you because he is NOT a lazy old man. He's still got plenty of energy for long walks and games of fetch and tossing around plush toys. He's done well with other dogs while he's been here but doesn't seem to really care about them one way or another. He's much more interested in passing cars or his handlers. We're looking for a home without cats and with kids 12+ with a family who has breed, or similar breed, experience.Since he is a "restricted breed", you must own your own home or live in a home owned by a family member. To apply, visit foreverpaws.com and click adopt to download our application. Once complete, you can email it to us at fpas1@foreverpaws.com or fax it to us at 508-677-9175.
