Spayed or Neutered,
Story
Gatsby is a friendly chonk that regularly charms his fellow felines and human visitors. He is a conversationalist with a croaky meow that is both distinctive and delightful. If you're looking for a calm companion always ready for a snuggle, look no further than this burly gentleman. Gatsby has feline leukemia virus (FeLV) and will only be placed in a home with no other cats or with other FeLV+ felines. FeLV can't be transmitted to humans, dogs or other household members. FeLV+ cats live normal, happy lives and, though their lifespan has the potential to be shorter, this virus can be managed in the right home. Please contact our staff to learn more about adopting Gatsby or one of his companions in our FeLV+ community. Spayed or Neutered,
Story
Camille is a very soft and sweet girl who will rub her face all over you while purring. She enjoys being the center of attention and knows her way around the world (and onto a warm lap). Friendly and sweet to everyone - except other felines - Camille would love to be in a safe, single cat household with someone who is patient and understanding of her needs. If you can find room in your heart and home for a kitty who has lost her vision, you'll be repaid in full with love and gratitude. Perla

Domestic Longhair

Female, Senior
St. Helena, CA
Size
(when grown) -
Details
Spayed or Neutered,
Story
Perla is an independent feline who will happily approach you when she's ready for pets and playtime. She is also a champion napper who loves to spend her time sleeping in the sun or perched up high where she can keep an eye on her domain. Perla is positive for FIV (Feline Immunodeficiency Virus) which can cause weakening of her immune system. FIV positive cats live normal lives for years if cared for and managed appropriately - they just need to be monitored for dental disease and infections. FIV positive cats should also be kept indoors to reduce the spread of infection to other cats though they can live with other cats as long as they don't fight. Perla also has Feline Idiopathic Cystitis, which is easily controlled with a special diet. To apply for adoption, please complete our application: https://www.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/WCAR/Cat
