Skye is sweet and sociable. I adopted her and her sister from Feline Adoption Network as kittens. For the first year they were inseparable. Lately though they have not been getting along. I have provided separate litter boxes and feeding stations, but it seems their rivalry may be centered around competition for me. There have been numerous daily skirmishes between them. Skye is much more in need of attention than her sister. I think she would do very well in a situation where she is the only cat and has someone’s undivided attention, especially someone who is more of a homebody and would love to have a devoted cat on their lap

She’s a sweet girl that needs to go to a calm forever home where she’s the only pet. She’s a shy gal who needs and deserves to be the star of the show, once she’s had time to adjust and warm up to you. She loves gazing out windows, running laps around the house, and scratches on her cheeks and behind her ears. Her favorite perch will always be the highest one in any room. We love her so much, but we’ve realized she deserves a chance to thrive in a quieter environment with less people and pets.

We have a very loving cat approximately 14 years old and have become increasingly allergic. He loves to sit on a lap and snuggle up next to anyone but we cannot provide that kind of love and support d/t extremely worsening allergies. He use to live with my son but d/t circumstances he cannot have the cat at his apt. We feel so bad that he cannot get the love and attention he craves. He is wonderful with children and will just sit on their lap and let them pet him. He needs an owner who can snuggle with him and give him a lot of attentions and love. He really has no special needs other than to be hugged and loved. He does shed a bit, but if kept combed the shedding is minimal. We would love to find him an owner who could spend time with him and give him a lot of snuggles and love. That's all he wants.

Myst is a very sweet cat who came into Feline Network foster care with her two kittens, Taffy (now adopted) and Dash. Myst is very sweet and loving, can be shy with new people, but once she knows you, she loves being combed and to get pets and will lie on her foster moms lap and purr. She is a good mother, she will sleep with her kittens and she likes washing them. Dash is a big sweetheart. He loves to nap on a lap and purr up a storm. Torta is a 3-year-old exceptionally sweet and friendly tortie girl. She loves attention, being kissed on the lips, head nuzzles, and hanging out with her peeps. She is completely adorable, loves to be silly, and gets zoomies and chases down her favorite toy to bunny-kick and then groom it. Torta is an all-around winning kitty. She does well with other cats and would likely do great with cat-friendly, respectful dogs. Torta has a fascinating upper lip; it is parted in the center (which we find entirely endearing) so her front teeth are always showing; it’s basically the cutest and doesn’t impact her health- just gives her a face you can’t resist smiling at. *Torta would make a wonderful ESA (emotional support animal). Born in April, these super-sweet boys have had a challenging start to life- though you’d never know it by their loving personalities. They are chatty, full of purrs, adore being held, and are fabulously playful! True ‘Manx’ cats, like Zipper and Velcro-- with zero tails (not even a nub)-- come with wonderful positives, and also, challenges. They are known as ‘the dog of the cat world’ because they are social, loving, and exceedingly loyal. However, they are also known for issues like incontinence, anal glands that require manual expression, regular booty cleaning, and occasional diaper-wearing. Manx also have unique hind legs which add to their character. They tend to hop like a rabbit (instead of a full run) and sit like a frog (which we find completely adorable). Manx. They are by-your-side, forever companions who (for their wellness) should be indoor-only for life. Zipper and Velcro will require some specialized care, so a cat-savvy and cat-centric home is essential for their happiness and wellbeing. Fixed, vaccinated and microchipped.
