Two bonded boys looking for their forever home This is incredibly heartbreaking for me to post. I’ve had these two sweet boys for almost four years, and they truly are two of the sweetest cats you will ever meet. Unfortunately, due to life circumstances outside of my control, I’ve had to move back into my childhood home with my parents, who are allergic to cats. I’m no longer able to give them the home, love, and attention they deserve, and as much as it breaks my heart, I need to find them a new home together. A little about them: Forrest is 3 years old, part Maine Coon, and has the most beautiful multicolored coat. Reef is 4 years old and is gray and white. Both boys are neutered, in great health, and completely bonded, so they must be adopted together. They are incredibly affectionate, gentle, social cats who genuinely love being around people. They’re wonderful with kids and dogs and have the absolute best personalities. My biggest priority is finding them a safe, loving, home.

Eight year old Priscilla is a pretty, short hair brown tabby with white feet and a bib. Her loving owner recently passed away, leaving her and her cat friends without a place to go. Priscilla has a big personality and likes to play with toys, but only after she gets to know you. Wand toys are her favorite. Although she lived peacefully with other cats she may prefer to have someone all to herself. She is affectionate, loves a good scritch or three under her chin and is very talkative and will converse with you about your day. She has great litter box habits and is used to being an indoor only cat. She is on a weight loss journey to stay healthy and regain her kittenish figure. Priscilla would do best in a patient home that understands she may need a little time to fully open up after all the changes she’s experienced. But for someone willing to give her that space and love, Priscilla will reward you with endless affection, soothing purrs, and quiet companionship. Her foster had this to say: "Priscilla is so interesting! She’s an easy keeper, doesn’t meow much and has a sweet little voice. She likes sitting next to you but not on your lap. She tolerates being picked up briefly. She loves the cat dancer. Chubby as she is, she’s agile and moves around easily. She’s a good eater but curiously, doesn’t come around at the sound of cans opening. She explores at night, spends a little time on the bed, but still loves dark places best—day or night. The bottom of the closet is her happy place."

Sweet and adorable, best describes the newest shelter arrival to GOCR. Ten year old Sissy was adopted from the shelter as a kitten and returned 10 years later.
