He was bought for 300.00 from an owner with 2 pure bred Bengals (brown) that bred before the owner could get them altered. He is 8 years old. His birthday is Feb 16 2016. He gets along ok with other cats but has anxiety issues and will occasionally mark walls. Mostly he seems to do this if there is a stray outside hanging around. Therapet plug-ins helped. Perhaps anxiety med would help but I can no longer afford it and can not afford vet care. He has not been to a vet since being altered at 6 months. They gave him a distemper shot and he almost died. He's never been the same. He is a sweet boy and I will miss him immensely. His coat is like rabbit fur with the right diet. I have only been able to afford the lowest priced food recently. He lost half his tail in an accident at home. It got caught in the door as it was closing and the injury was so bad it had to be amputated. He seems unaffected by it. He's and excellent jumper and loves to play. He's very gentle.

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.wagoninn.rescuegroups.org    BOOST is a very pretty & sweet kitty  hoping to find her forever home!   She loves to be pet and loves to play with her toys.  She  also loves to hang out & is very chill.   Boost's foster parents say that another one of Boost's fav things is to join them in yoga ~ she loves to go in and out of poses!   Boost is really a great cat and has waited a very long time for her forever home.  She was surrendered by her owner over a year ago through no fault of her own.   Boost is currently in a foster home with 2 cats and doing very well.  She might do ok in a home w/other cats but adopter would need to be patient and do a slow intro.  Boost would probably do best as your one & only.     Boost is Spayed, Up to date w/Rabies & FVRCP & Microchipped.  She tested neg/neg re: FIV/FeLV.    Cat Adoption fee = $125 Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.May 3, 2024, 12:32 pm

NOV 2023   This precious feline sadly just hit her 1 year anniversary at the shelter and has spent most of her life here. Despite her shy nature, Odalis has stolen our hearts with her gentle spirit. 7-24-23  Updates from Gracie's foster mom.     'Gracie is meant for a home and not a shelter.  She is your typical older cat, she loves a routine.  After her morning brushing and being fed she can be found on top of her cat tree looking out the window, on the porch or sometimes she just hangs out under the bed and naps.  She will greet anyone who comes in but is also okay with time alone if I'm away for a few hours.  Her special diet has solved her digestive problems and she is very content.'   Gracie is 11 years old and available for adoption.  Gracie does need to be on a Rx diet of Hill's Gastrointestinal Biome Dry Cat Food.       5-12-23 Gracie is currently in foster care.  If interested in Gracie please call our shelter or fill out an online application.   Update:  Gracie has been making great strides in the last couple weeks.  She is affectionate and out exploring.   Gracie has been returned after being in a home since 2013.  Her senior owners were no longer able to care for her.  She is very overweight so we have her on diet food and trying to give her some more exercise so she gets back down to a healthy weight.  She is now almost 11 years old.  Its so sad when after living in a home, Gracie now has to get used to life in a cage.  She is nervous and scared which is easy to understand.  Please apply to adopt this sweet girl.  She lived her life as an only cat so we are unsure of her feelings towards other pets.  Better suited for a cat experienced home. 1-3-23   Midnight sadly has been with us for over a year.  Shelter life is getting tough for this boy, he needs out.  This little boy has spent most of his life in our Shelter. Midnight is 1 1/2 years old, loves to play, wand toys are his favorite and he is so eager to discover what a sunny window looks and feels like.  Happiest as the only pet, kids 10+.    12-15-22 Midnight was found outside as a stray kitten.  A good Samaritan took him in but unfortunately they were not able to keep him.  He is about 6 months old.  He is up to date on vaccines, FIV/Felv negative and we had him neutered.  He does have corneal scarring in one eye which impairs his vision.  There is no need for surgery, he is a healthy boy and can live a full life.  He is a very frisky boy and loves to play with his favorite wand toy.  Better suited in a cat savvy home that will give him a little time to settle in and get used you.  Kids 10+*Per JSAC policy, puppies and kittens under 6 months will not be adopted to families with children under the age of 6 years.May 3, 2024, 12:55 pm

This cat is part of our shelter outreach program where we take pets from overcrowded shelters in hopes of finding them a forever home here! We generally do not have much background info on them. They are all up to date on vaccines, spayed/neutered and microchipped.  FIV/Felv negative.  3 years old.   Miss Martha is as sweet as can be!  This torti came to us from an overcrowded NJ shelter where she was surrendered by her owner.   Drop dead gorgeous Martha, a 3-year-old Torti cat This beauty is longing for a loving home.
